练武之道,始于比武;比武之术,终在打仗。五行通背拳,以其独特技击风范,成为了散手中的精华。万法归一,其实只需一个“打”字即可涵盖。专注单操的五行通背拳,在追求实用性的同时,也注重动作要领和出手时的挤滚穿、回手时的捋带勾。
散手搏击中,直线攻击是主流,守中打中为原则。在出手不离面、落手劈三山(穴位)之间,我们寻找对敌人的最佳时间差。而运用动静虚实、刚柔缓急,更是取胜的一大关键。此外,对于小动作如挤滚穿和捋带勾,我们必须掌握火候,这些巧妙的手法及变化,可让我们在与对手交锋时不断创新,不被对方招式所束缚。
接下来,我将介绍“小连环”单操的一些实用法:
捋带横摔掌
(1)引入格斗势,与敌人对峙。我以引手抱势,对敌并保持有效攻守距离。当敌方突然发起右拳攻击我面部,我迅速回缩阳手,用阴手捋带敌拳,同时以右背抽击面部,并踢裆部。这一系列动作快速完成,不容停留,要有果断有力的感觉。
(2)再次引入格斗势。我虚晃面部迫使敌方挡架,然后紧跟左捋带防备同时右掌劈下下颌,再由左拍胸前要害,如华盖穴或天池穴等。这一过程中双臂紧粘防备,以掌心拍击要求自然无违和感。
防中进攻法
在引入格斗势后,当敌方突然来袭,我利用横砍来拳,并且以掌背点击面部,同时捋带防备。随后左回捋带追步,用右掌横掮耳穴、三山穴等要害,这样的节奏与力度控制至关重要。
手脚并用的高级技巧
(1)当双方对峙时,如果enemy suddenly attacks with a right punch, I swiftly stick to the inside of enemy's fist with my backhand and use finger tips to "squeeze through" strike at the eyes while lifting my right foot to kick the shin.
(2)When in a defensive stance, if enemy delivers a left punch, I squat down and use my right hand to hit their fist while simultaneously striking their ribs with my left palm.
(3)In another scenario where we are facing each other, I fake an attack on enemy's face forcing them to block; then I quickly step forward and insert between their legs from behind using my left hand to “hook” their defending arm while hitting their chest area around the solar plexus or lower abdomen.
Through these techniques we can see that five-line backfist emphasizes quick movements without pause and aims for decisive strikes that cover all aspects of combat training.
