因为太极拳的力是从root发起,too much force is used from the whole body.
To do this, you must understand the importance of cultivating your root. All forces are in pairs, only with foot pushing down (action) and the rebound force from the ground (reaction), can we get our source of power. So when punching, we must solidify our roots and take root in the ground.
Secondly, you need to understand the route of too much force in Tai Chi punches. According to "Punching Theory," "the power originates in your feet, runs through your legs, controls your waist, and manifests on your fingers." This means that too much force starts at your feet because leg muscles are most developed among all body parts. The waist is a pivot point for changing between virtuality and reality during practice.
Finally, it's important to note these points:
When punching or practicing push hands or other forms of Tai Chi exercises during daily training sessions always pay attention to how stable each foot feels on the ground as well as their directionality towards different punch types or actions taken by practitioners while maintaining balance throughout every movement performed without losing control over movements done using either one hand alone but not both together;
2 In combat situations when exchanging blows against an opponent no matter what method they use there should be focus placed upon damaging his roots so that he cannot maintain proper stance while ensuring own stability remains intact - thus gaining advantage over him effortlessly due solely based off skill level rather than brute strength applied hereafter;
3 Lastly remember that regular practice will help develop good habits such as maintaining constant awareness about posture changes happening within lower part where knees bend forward slightly before straightening them back up again smoothly after which time has passed since initial attempt began initially started making sense now does it not seem more logical?
