二十四式太极拳图解简化版:八法并进
在探索二十四式太极拳的奥妙时,我们不妨将其融合于八极拳的精髓,通过类比的方式来理解和实践。以下是对这两种武术的一种结合体介绍,其中包含了挑顶、蹉提、圈挎等攻击技巧。
一、挑顶
挑顶作为六大开之一,其招法简洁且实用,具有很强的攻击性。我们以挑顶为例进行介绍。
实战说明:敌我对峙,我先上右步,同时右手照面门猛击,紧接着两脚向前闯步,同时右臂屈肘,以肘尖为力点挑击敌心窝或下颌(图1)。
动作要领:上步要踏中门而入,上腿四分劲,下腿六分劵,使得动作迅疾而有力。
实战变化:若敌来不及防守,即为实招;若敌已变化,则为虚招;若敌撤步闪过肘顶,可继以反背拳砸面门,或踢胫骨或反踹膝关节。
二、蹉提
“提”在六大开中亦占显著位置,是自下向上的发力动作。我们选取蹉提进行介绍。
实战说明:敌我对峙,我以迅雷不及掩耳之势,拳脚齐发,以拳豁打敌下颌或心窝同时以前脚掌踢胫骨或膝关节(图2)。
动作要领:上手可虚引探也可实击之,上明下暗,上下齐发,使得防不胜防。此外,在八极拳中有云:“蹉脚寸力不过膝”,即起脚应在膝关节以下,不高抬,以免空出半边给对方机可乘。
实战变化:得手后可转变成反蹉提重击,或趁破绽缩抱牵羊等技法。
三、圈挎
“挎”与“胯”通指横向发力的摔法。在此,我们选取内圈挎进行讲解。
实战说明:enemy, I first use left hand to flick their face, they will naturally retreat or block. Then, I quickly grab their arm downward with my left hand while advancing with a step and using my right shoulder and arm to horizontally strike their upper body from the outside to the inside, causing them to fall down (Figure 3).
Action principles: Eight extreme fist emphasizes that "upper hands pull down the thread point thrusting up," "middle hands hit against the chest pressing in," and "lower hands dig roots burying down." When using circle hold techniques, lower limbs should eat roots bury roots; upper body should stick close to opponents. Only then can we fully utilize eight extreme fist's close-in fighting power.
Real battle changes: If enemy's front leg is pulled out, I follow up with a sweep kick at their back leg. Simultaneously, I use my right hand from outside towards inside for lateral punches on their upper body. My left hand grabs opponent's clothing downwards as well. This forms three-plate simultaneous force.
