曹州洪拳之齐眉棍揭秘24式太极拳中的惊人分解动作

预备式

两足并步站立,两臂下垂,右手握棍,左手附于大腿外侧。目视前方。

1.怀中抱月

①左手手心向下、虎口向内成阴把,顺势抓棍;右手顺势领棍从身体右侧上翻向前盖打,然后右手领棍顺势向下、向后带棍,左手顺势向前盖打;同时上右步再上左步,左脚尖点地成左虚步。

②右手顺势领棍从身体右侧继续上翻向前盖打;同时上右步,再次体现出灵活自如的演练风格。

2.风卷残云

Right foot moves to the right side, forming a right hook step. At the same time, both hands hold the stick with palms facing inward and downward, sweeping it from left to right. Eyes gaze at the end of the stick.

要点:The hooked step should be pushed straight, and both hands holding the stick should be flexible. The sweep should have force.

用法:Following up on previous movements, this technique adds a new layer of complexity to our defense.

3.浪里撑船

Right foot does not move; lift left leg's knee with independent posture; simultaneously two hands sink into stick grip from right to left below-side pushing stroke. Eyes gaze down.

要点:Independent posture of one leg is slightly bent; pushing stroke should be light and agile.

用法:When an opponent attacks your lower body with their weapon or limb, you can quickly lift your leg while using your collarbone-level push stroke for counterattack.

4.雪花盖顶

Left foot steps forward into a left hook step; simultaneously two hands hold stick in reverse grip from bottom outwards then upwards then forwards flipping overtop strike (图9).

要点: When executing this punch-like motion, slide back along both sticks before striking forward with forceful impact.

Use: After parrying an opponent's attack with your arms or weapon, swiftly advance and flip overtop them.

5.蛟龙入洞

①Weight shifts onto right leg forming a right hook step; simultaneously grasp stick in reverse grip towards its lateral direction for thrusting strike.

②Weight shifts onto left leg forming a left hook step; simultaneously grasp stick by its tip towards its lateral direction for thrusting strike.

要点: As you execute these sideways thrusts along both ends of the staff handle first sliding backwards before extending outwardly toward enemy target area.

Use: When an opponent approaches you wielding their weapon or limb aimlessly.

9.孤注一掷

Step forward on one’s right foot as if taking virtual steps on ground level while keeping weight behind oneself but maintaining balance through center line of feet together. Meanwhile bring palm down along inner thigh just above pubic bone so that staff handle hides within armpit region covered by arm resting against upper body part which holds other end of staff vertically overhead pointing towards front shoulder area while eyes are directed at point where tip touches shoulder edge.

Want Points: Keep virtual steps stable without losing balance when transferring weight backwards yet remaining centered between feet during movement execution process.

Useage: Following any action like sweeps after initial strikes landing upon target areas.
