(1) Jing
Jing refers to vital energy or essence. It is considered the core element among the inner five essentials. On one hand, sufficient Jing ensures that one's spirit remains complete; on the other hand, it provides strength to support bone growth when needed.
(2) Li
Li represents power or strength derived from muscle tissue. A stronger body with thicker muscles results in greater physical prowess.
(3) Bones
Bones form a solid base for supporting muscular power.
(4) Qi
Qi is essential life force energy that circulates throughout an individual's body via meridians or channels. It plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health by regulating various bodily functions such as digestion metabolism etcetera
(5) Shen
Shen signifies mental clarity consciousness focus calmness tranquility mindfulness meditation concentration awareness intuition wisdom understanding insight perception perception discernment comprehension cognition realization enlightenment illumination awakening
