第三局开始时China was down 2 points, but quickly caught up to tie at 5 points. The two teams exchanged points until Thailand led by a narrow margin. However, China fought back with a series of powerful attacks from Liu Xiao Tong and Gong Xiang Yu, ultimately taking the set 25-23 and winning the match in three sets.

In terms of individual performances, Hui Ruqi scored an impressive 15 points to win top scorer honors. Liu Xiao Tong contributed with 13 points while Gong Xiang Yu had an excellent game with11points. Zhang Xiao Ya added another eight for China's victory.

The bronze medal match saw Turkey overcome Netherlands in four thrilling sets (21-25, 25-16, 25-15, and 25-22). This marked Turkey's third place finish as they fell short of defending their title.

After six days of intense competition, all matches in the Swiss Women's Volleyball Elite Championship came to a close. With this victory, China secured their fifth championship title since its name change from Swiss Open to Elite Championship in1998.The Thai team achieved their best performance ever in this tournament by finishing second behind champions China.Turkey placed third while Netherlands finished fourth.Brazil and Belgium tied for fifth place along with Switzerland and Serbia ranking seventh respectively.In recognition of her outstanding performance throughout the tournament,Hui Ruqi was awarded MVP (Most Valuable Player) status among other notable players who made it into the Best Team lineup including main attackers Hui Ruqi (China) & Ayechalarporn (Thailand), vice attackers Zhang Xiaoya (China) & Hatthaya(Bangkok,Thailand), setter Gong Xiangyu(Chongqing), libero Nutcharas(Tokyo,Thailand)and opposite spiker Piyamapon(Tokyo,Thailand).
