这是一种在战场决斗中，巧妙运用拳、腿、步相辅相承的击技方法。它以快字为核心，实战中突出“打在前”，连手连击，手脚齐发，以攻为守，一手二手连三手，让对手措手不及。踢、打、摔为主，这就是通背快手制敌之法的精髓。

一、金鸡抖炸

动作①甲(左)乙(右)对搏。乙左虚步站定，发右掌直击甲面部；甲左虚步站定，右掌向前向右磕击乙击来右掌的前臂。(图1)

动作②甲左脚向前趟半步成左弓步，同时右掌由前内旋使掌心向下捋叼乙右前臂至腹前；左掌向上穿击乙面部。(图2)

动作③甲右脚弹踢乙，左足扫捋乙左前臂。(图3)

动作④甲两腿交替踩踏和弹踢，对方同时受双重攻击。（图4）

实战要点：这是通背拳连环击技的一组实战方法，因其快速连续的手法与身法配合，便称之为金鸡抖炸。在实际战斗中，要以崩、中、中、中五种变化配合腿法，如弹踢等，以确保攻击的无缝连接。

二、毒蛇入洞

动作①乙（正）发Right Punch擊A, A left hand towards left and down, to press down B's right arm.(Picture 6)

Action II: A steps forward with the right foot and lifts the left knee to kick B in the abdomen. Meanwhile, B lifts his knee into a left independent stance, blocking A's kicking leg. (Picture 7)

Action III: A stamps on B's left ankle with the left foot; Right Palm rotates around the elbow, from up inside through the abdomen to front upper body strike at B's abdomen with palm facing inward. (Picture 8)

Real combat points: "Poisonous Snake Enters Cave" is one of the variations of "Duan Hun Fist" in Wudang Hundred Eighteen Laws. It is a "punch outside punch" and "law outside law". In real combat situations, this technique uses a whip-like motion from right palm which is soft but strong.

Three years old bird enters forest

Action I: The opponent throws a right straight punch at you; you use your left palm to deflect it downward while trapping their attacking arm.(Figure 9)

Action II: You step forward with your right foot; simultaneously using your palms to trap and knock back their attacking fist.

Action III: Your opponent kicks you; you block their kick with your raised leg while trapping their attacking arm.

Action IV: You take another step forward with your legs forming a horseback riding stance; then throw an uppercut punch at them.

Action V : The attacker slaps away at your punching arm; you respond by stepping forward again and hitting them backhand across their face.

Combat tips for this technique are that it employs four techniques of striking such as poking or pounding on an enemy’s head or body while defending against incoming attacks using quick movements.
