一、六大开之首——挑顶
实战说明:敌我对峙,我以先声夺人之势上右步;同时右手照敌面门猛击,紧接着两脚向前闯步,同时右臂屈肘以肘尖为力点挑击敌心窝或下颌(图1)。
动作要领:上步时要踏中门而入,上腿四分劲,后腿六分劲。
实战变化:若敌来不及防守即为实招,若敌已变化即为虚招,若敌撤步闪过肘顶,可用反背拳砸其面门,同时可用右脚踢其胫骨或反踹其膝关节。
二、六大开中的蹉提
实战说明:enemy me against, I with swift and sudden force punch enemy's jaw or heart, simultaneously kick their shin or knee (fig. 2).
动作要领: the punch is either a fake or a real one, depending on the opponent's reaction; the kick is below the knee.
实战变化: if successful, can change to reverse pull down and strike again; if opponent opens up an opening, retreat with a sliding step and use shrugging-off or pulling-animal techniques.
三、摔法中的圈挎
实战说明: as my left hand feints at your face, you will naturally move back to defend it; immediately following this movement, I grasp your arm from underneath and pull it downwards while advancing with a step forward. My left foot then kicks out to block your front foot while my right shoulder strikes your upper body from outside inwards. The two forces combine to knock you down (fig. 3).
动作要领: "upper punching cloud-diving-the-belt-and-then-pushing-downward", "middle punching hitting-the-sleeve-and-then-abutting-really", "lower punching eating-the-root-and-burying-it-to-dismantle".
实战变化: if you withdraw your front leg first, I'll follow up by sweeping away your rear leg with my right leg; simultaneously using my left hand to horizontally hit your upper body while grabbing onto the collar of your shirt and pulling it downwards – three-disciplines combined effort.
