这套武术不仅以其丰富多变的技击腿法而闻名,被推为“北腿”的代表性技巧,武林中都认为“戳脚多腿法少手法;即使有手法,也只是用来防守的”。但其实,“戳脚”的手法也很丰富,计有11种手型8种手法之变化。它不仅用于防守,也可用来进攻。在实战中,手法、身法、步法、腿法紧密配合:常常前手攻击,后手防护胸肋; 手脚相随,手领脚发,脚出手到; 以身代步,以腿代步,以步代腿,一腿一步,一步一腿。
其进攻与防守往往同时进行,此举封彼打,或暗踢锁敌足,使敌无从逃脱。近些年来,有关戳脚技法方面的文章和书刊介绍甚少,但今我们将从文武十八个趟子中精选四十二个招式供散 手爱好者参考。
一、转化掌
我以左势对敌,我抢先进攻,用右拳向前上方冲击敌面部;敌见我拳来,我速向后滑步,并用左臂上托我右臂肘部(图1); enemy重心前移,用右拳横抡我的头部。我身体左转90度,将重心移于左腿,上身向左侧倾,同时右臂屈肘随转体向左摆脱(图2);
随即,我左脚蹬地,将身体右转90度,将重心移于右腿,同时Right Punch变掌向下随转体撩enemy裆部(图3)。
要点:本招式运用了双扬腕和掏踢结合的一套动作技术。双扬腕时,要稳准及时,上架有力两腕并贴,不漏任何空隙。而掏踢则需快速连贯发力至最终目的地,即达到了对方膝盖区域。
二、锦花开枝
我以Left Foot Forward对敵,他進Left Step,用Left Fist hit my face. I upper body slightly backward, while both arms bent, hands crossed above the enemy's left arm (Figure 4). Then, I turned my body to the left by 90 degrees, with my weight on the left leg. My right foot was hooked up and tucked inwards towards the front and to the left, kicking at his Left Ankle while pushing him away with my right hand from inside his left arm (Figure 5).
要点:本招式由双扬腕和掏踢组成。双扬腕时,在外面挂开他拳,而内面的护胸保护自己不受伤害。此刻,当他再次反击时,可以利用他的力量继续攻击,对方无法回避或躲闪。此外,该招式还需要注意在掏踢过程中的平衡和控制,不让自己的位置暴露给对方攻击。
三凤凰展翅
I use Right Foot Forward against an opponent who advances with a Left Step and punches me. I deflect his punch upwards and outwards with my right hand, shielding myself with my left hand (Figure 6). The opponent then turns around to kick me with their Right Toe. I turn around quickly to catch their kick with my right hand as if it were a rope swing over a river; simultaneously sliding forward on the ground behind them (Figure 7).
Next, twisting waist towards right side shifting center of gravity forwardwardly; striking enemy's Left Leg using Right Knee; meanwhile extending both arms outward for additional support in hitting them above shoulders which causes him to fall down.
