螳螂拳中的短打五连环,别称“世界上最狠的拳法”,是一套精妙绝伦的武术技巧。它分为八路,每路包含五种独特的手法和步伐。练习时需注重步法稳健、手法柔刚并济、发力恰到好处,并要求动作迅速流畅,一气呵成。
第一路:螳螂出洞
预备式(小登山抱门式):
两臂自然弯曲,右拳前置,左拳后置,双眼向上。前腿微屈扣裆,后脚跟抬起,上体轻倾头部挺腰沉肩垂肘闭口聚气目视前方(图1)。
一、螳螂双封下:
身体右转变勾手刁采于胸前左勾在前右勾在后,同时右腿后撤一步重心落于右腿成虚步两肘弯屈目视前方(图2)。
二、左封右匿肘:
上体左转左脚前半步同时左勾手刁采然后回收使勾手回置于左面前随之右勾直臂顶腕(图3)。
三、凤凰三点头:
右勾变掌采抓收腰间同时左拳直击与头同高拳心向下大登山式目视前方(图4-1)。
重心后移落于左腿上体转成歇步同时屈肘摆拨停于头侧外旋旋插击出目视下方(图4-2)。
重心移上体转成登山步同时内旋撞击面朝上掌内置于肘下(图4-3)。
四、临行鸳鸯脚:
重心后移落于左脚踢击高与裆平同时身体转左右臂及拳出击面朝上掌护侧腕高与胸平(图5)。
五、急出双帮肘
Right foot forward, followed by dragging the left foot into a small mountain stance. Simultaneously, the left fist supports the right wrist and pushes forward with an outward rotation of the right arm; meanwhile, bend the right arm and turn it down (Figure 6).
第二路:寻找道路
Preparation: Refer to Figure 6 or maintain posture from Figure 1.
One: Step Backward and Uppercut
Right foot steps forward half a step, while keeping the left foot in a small mountain stance simultaneously. The left palm passes through under the right elbow and strikes downward with its palm facing downwards. At this time, rotate your right arm inward to strike upwards with your back of your hand towards front upper area (Figure 7).
Two: Quick Insertion Low Kick
Both feet move forward into a small mountain stance simultaneously. The left palm passes over under the right elbow along its outer side before passing through chest area downwards then towards front striking outwards with an upward pointing finger; while doing so, bend your knees slightly for better balance (Figure 8).
Three: Collapse Point Jewel Ring Footwork
a) Left Palm Press Down & Right Palm Reverse Strike:
Left palm presses down while bending both elbows inwardly making it pass behind one's body before reversing direction to strike backwards towards attacker's face using back of hand up wards & protectively placing own palms on sides of arms as they extend.
b) Left Leg Steps Forward Then Dragged Back:
Left leg steps ahead then dragged back forming Small Mountain Stance.
c) Body Rotates Around Its Vertical Axis While Keeping Arms Straight And Elbows Bent Inward To Punch Out With Fists As They Extend Upwards And Outwards From Chest Area - Both Hands Interlock As They Move Towards Opponent Protecting Their Own Faces On Sides Of Arms Before Moving In A Circular Motion To Hit Target Area Around Neck And Face Region With Palsm Facing Downwards Or Upwards Depending Upon Angle Of Attack - This Action Is Performed Rapidly Without Any Break Between Them So That It Creates An Illusion Of Continuous Movement Through Space Like A Circle Connecting Each Other Forming Complete Cycle Which Is Called "Jewel Ring" Due To Its Unique Shape Resembling That Of Jewel Ring When Viewed From Top Or Front Perspective.
Fourth Road: Flying Dragon Feet Workings:
Step Right Foot Forward Then Bring It Back
Step Left Foot Forward Then Bring It Back
Fifth Road: Rushing Double Supporting Elbow Strikes
Right Foot Steps Forward Then Dragged Back
While Bringing Fist Up Over Shoulder Using Inner Rotation Pushing Away Opponent's Arm And Follow Through By Lowering Fist Down Toward Ground Creating Power For Next Strike
