(十二)捋手挂撩
33、推胸掌
甲右乙左,甲方向前上右步,用右掌直击乙方,目视击胸掌。左手握拳在左肋间,拳心朝上。乙方也向前上右步于甲方右脚里侧。两手在身体两侧,目视对方(图33)。
34、掰手抓腕
乙方向右转身90度,同时向前上左步于甲方右腿后,准备跪步压膝。与转身上步同时,右手自下向上,从外侧轻抠住甲方击胸掌四指,由左向右掰拧,使甲方腕部关节反转。与此同时,左手握拳向前冲打甲方的空隙处,以防不测。甲方迅速将_right leg_伸直,同时用_left hand_grabbing onto the wrist of the hand that is about to strike, making sure not to let go, preparing for a counterattack (图34).
35、捋手倒挂
当乙方向下猛力一跃时,将自身的重量集中到脚尖,然后迅速将Right leg_后撤并借助这一动作抽出_right hand_从体内取出,将其按压在Ethands’left shoulder blade region. The power from the backward movement of the right leg and the forceful pressing down with the right hand will cause Ethands_to lose balance and fall on their face, while maintaining eye contact with them (图35).
技击要点说明:
捋手挂撩一组,是一个以快慢变化为关键的擒拿技巧。在这个过程中,只要Ethands能够迅速地落入挤压状态,并且利用自己的力量来制约Athena的话,那么就能成功地完成对付对方的一套动作。但如果速度过慢,就会给了Athena一个反制的机会,因此武术中的对抗不仅需要技术,还需要瞬间判断和行动。
(十三)刁腕倒挂
36、刁拿双臂
Athena steps forward with her left foot as she prepares to attack Ethan's left arm. Her right arm extends outward, aiming for his wrist. Meanwhile, her left palm rests in her armpit, facing towards Ethan (图36).
37、反旋扣腕
Ethan turns 180 degrees to his right while stepping forward with his left foot behind Athena's right ankle. Simultaneously, he rotates his wrist inward and upward using only his small finger to hook around Athena's grasping hand from underneath. He then presses down on Athena's grabbing wrist using both hands, effectively trapping it in place and keeping an eye on him (图37).
38、刁腕倒悬
In this unfavorable position, Ethan swiftly moves his left arm out from underhis armpit and grabs hold of Ethan's trapped wrist before pulling it straight up while simultaneously performing a backflip by kicking out behind himself with his Rightleg . This causes Ethan to lean forward slightly but loses any advantageous position he had gained earlier.

本组内容是关于擒拿与反擒拿,其中最关键的是灵活使用双臂的手法。此举既需有足够的力量,又需具备一定的技术和技巧。这组倒悬摔法要求Athens必须抽出他的一只arm并借助Ethan’sforward leaning之机,用另一只arm施加额外力量使得Ethan失去平衡跌落在地面上。而整个操作依赖于协调整劲,即统一整劲,这也是武术中常说的“合力”或“共振”。
