武林秘籍大全太极拳散手秘诀

[编者按]凡传统太极拳,均源于道家,故与道家导引养生、内丹养生紧密联系,强调养生与技击并重,且视技击为不急之末学。王新午先生传《太极拳散手秘诀》,不仅进一步证实了她的源头,也进一步证实了她的内涵与特征。现行流行的太极拳,包括一些所谓的传统太极拳,不是泛于毫无“拳”艺,徒有其形的太极操、舞,便是偏向于背离养生的技击术,终离太极拳之传统本意远矣!今太极拳界有识之士正在不断呼吁,恢复太極劍の本來面目,以彰同心。

前言

此文系王师新午七十年前所傳之手抄本,是宋书铭老前辈所创立的《散手秘诀》的一部分。本人九十有余,对先师言传身教深感恩泽,但由于自身条件及水平所限未能将老师所傳之技藝发扬光大,因此决定将此文公布于众,以供广大武术爱好者学习研究,并期能发扬光大。

一、预备式及呼吸法

纳新吐故气须圆,将真精鼎内煎。提神顶劲精神注,在坐腕沉肘势自然。纳气两手托上行,上升至胸部。在腹收精气全提注,使势如腾空上苍穹。在二气循环无先后,如演成六个小周天。在呵吁呼咽吹与嘻中,一念转变,从常转莫休息到激浊扬清精气添。这般增益功力,如添线数,加起来便是十五日团圆。

二、 太極四正方

混沌初分日阴阳一列看;棚按像乾坤捋挤似离坎;棚劲含刚健乘龙欲上天;按顺坤柔德从人自不难。捋乃柔中刚顾后更防前;挤乃刚中柔发劲莫迟缓;知此四正方非外在事,只需理解其内在意义即可掌握。

三揽雀尾式

出手含棚似围墙虽逢强敌莫慌张变个圈儿左右化后步挺劲作中梁若逢刚劲倚逞强顺劲下捋敌难防左搬右拦伤人面或按或捋自思量卦象乾健首万物谨忌上方太刚强向下常将按势先敌虽强悍不相干变挸变捋从君意拔背含胸最忌偏棚按双推须熟练全凭腰腿作机关。

Twenty-Seven, Ten-Fingered Monkey Style: "Ten fingers are as if one monkey, all the fingers are entwined to form a fist. The fist is like a monkey's paw, grasping and pulling in every direction."

Twenty-Eight, Winding Snake Fist Style: "The fists resemble snakes winding around each other, with no clear beginning or end. The movement is fluid and unpredictable, like a snake slithering through grass."

Twenty-Nine, Tiger Claw Hand Style: "The hands are like tiger claws, sharp and deadly. They can grasp and tear at any moment."

Thirty-One,Flying Dragon Kick Style: "The legs are like flying dragons soaring through the sky. They can strike from any angle with lightning speed and precision."

Thirty-Two,Sweeping Eagle Leg Style: "The legs sweep across the ground like an eagle spreading its wings. They can knock down opponents with ease."
