动作①甲(左)乙(右)对搏。乙左虚步站定,发右掌直击甲面部,甲左虚步站定,右掌向前,向右磕击乙击来右掌的前臂。(图1)
动作②甲左脚向前趟半步,成左弓步。同时右掌由前,前臂内旋使掌心向下、向内捋乙右前臂向下至腹前;左掌向前、向上穿击乙面部。(图2)
动作③甲右脚向前弹踢乙,左掌向下、向左扫捋乙左前臂。(图3)
动作④甲右脚向前、向下踩踏乙右脚,Left脚toward the front, upward and outward; simultaneously Left palm from left to right, inwardly rotating to deflect and control the opponent's Right arm as it descends to the abdomen. (图4)
实战要点:This is a combination of quick punches and kicks in the form of "Gold Rooster Shaking Thunder". In actual combat, with footwork and hand techniques coordinated, one can launch a series of attacks that are difficult for the opponent to defend against.
二、毒蛇入洞
动作①壳以Right Arm strike A's face; A lifts his Left Palm downward and inward to press down on B's Right Front Arm. (图5)
动作②A steps forward with his Right Foot into a horse-riding stance while lifting his Left Knee up in a defensive posture. B does likewise, blocking A's kick with his own raised knee. Meanwhile, A delivers a punch at B. (图6)
动作用A's Left Foot presses down on B's ankle joint while using elbow as pivot point for an uppercut palm strike targeting B's abdominal area with force concentrated at the back of the palm. (图片7)
实战要点:"Poisonous Snake Entering Cave" is one variation of "Disemboweling Punch", which is both an external technique beyond traditional punching methods and an unconventional method within them. In actual combat situations, this technique utilizes softness within hardness: power resides in the back of your palms when executing this blow.
三、宿鸟投林
动作用B launches a right-handed punch towards A; meanwhile A uses his left hand from inside outwards deflecting pressure onto B’s attacking right arm before striking him across the face with another left-hand punch.
Next step: Move forward by stepping ahead with my feet together so that I'm standing in horse-riding position again but facing opposite direction than before;
Then execute “Sweeping Claw” move by turning my body clockwise while keeping my arms stretched out like wings;
As you do this motionally stretch your hands over your head or just above shoulder level without actually touching anything then let go off all tension once you have reached full extension;

When practicing this set remember that we must maintain good balance between our movements,
always keep mind focused on target,
and be aware if any part of our body gets too close or too far away from other parts.
Also make sure that each movement flows smoothly into next one creating fluidity throughout entire routine.
Remember not only focus on physical strength but also mental toughness as well because it plays important role here especially during real fights where emotions can run high.
