中华名拳八极拳轻功飞翔之道

八极拳,古老而神秘的中华武术之一,以其独特的技法和深厚的内功著称。它以贴身短打为主,动作刚猛朴实,劲道雄厚合整,气势磅礴,是武术中的一朵奇葩。

八极拳的练习者需具备强大的内力与外力结合,使得每一招都充满力量和威严。它包含多种基本技法,如“十字劲”、“缠丝劲”等,以及多种组合动作,如“阎王三点手”、“猛虎硬爬山”等。

在学习八极拳时,要注意意专身正、松肩坠肘、外方内圆、手脚合一,以及气力融通,这样才能达到真正的精至极达。在实际演练中,还需要注重眼不及一目、拳不打定处、身不舍正门、脚不可空存,这些都是提高技术水平的关键要点。

以下是一套屡获国内武术比赛金牌的八极拳名套,它具有较高技术难度和一定要求,对于习练者来说是一次宝贵的学习机会。预备势是双腿并站,上体自然,左右手臂下垂身体两侧,目视前方(图l-图2)。

并步按掌

头先向右转视,同时左右手臂侧展上托,随经头上方直臂下按至腹前,再转左方(图3-图5)。

要点:托按掌连贯一致,转头变视快脆。

蹲步握拳

身体稍左转,左右手由下向体左侧上挑、高与肩平;接着双腿屈蹲;左RightHandsGripPunch,LeftHandToShoulder,RightHandToAbdomen, gaze to the left side (Figures 6 and 7).

要点:蹲身握拳协调,上体微含,有争力的左右拳。

踩腿挑拳

身体左转;left foot forward step; right fist straight arm up challenge; left fist change palm down slap on the right front small arm place simultaneously; right foot toward body front down step kick (Figure 8).

要点:挑拳戳踢相应合,在上击出。

马步顶肘

right foot shake downward, left foot follow forward tread on ground into horse stance posture; body turns right; left elbow bend upper lift upwards punching downwards while backhand is bent at elbow horizontally hooking strike in a high position with shoulder level gazing at the lifted elbow direction (Figure 9).

要点:落步滑进身,与顶肘形成整力。

马步掼打

body slightly turn to the right side with inward bending of the left elbow forming an inner arc shape and simultaneous upward movement of both legs turning into horse stance posture as well as turning upper body to the opposite side by 180 degrees while retracting the left fist towards waist area and extending right arm upwards for horizontal striking with shoulder height gaze directed towards striking point (Figures 10 and 11).

要点:裹住格肘,用掼打发出背部劲道。

弓步抻拉腕

turns body slightly to one's own side with bending of both arms' elbows inwards followed by twisting both legs into a bowlegged stance posture simultaneously punching outwards from above with straightened fingers while pulling back lower jaw bone against abdomen using bended wrist aiming at target area ahead (Figure12).
