As we all know, health in body and mind is important for success in the exams. So Im writing to give you advice on it. Please go to bed and get up at a regular time and make sure you have enough sleep. Keep a balanced diet and avoid taking junk food. Take more exercise and keep close contact with your teacher and classmates. Keep fit and healthy. I wish you all a success in your study.
一、食物要多元化,每天的膳食应该包括新鲜的蔬菜水果,比如肉类、家禽类、鸡蛋、牛奶、大豆、坚果等食物。
二、在吃和运动上要平衡,每周应该保证一定的运动量,累计达到150分钟以上。
三、饮食上要少盐、少油、控糖,甚至不要喝酒抽烟,培养一个清淡的饮食习惯,少吃高盐和油炸的食品,因为油炸的食品不好消化,而且油炸食品也有致癌的作用。
腌制的食品尽可能少摄入,腌制类的食品含有大量的亚硝酸盐,对身体都是有害的。所以,在饮食上需要注意清淡,多吃五谷杂粮,同时注意劳逸结合,锻炼身体,都有很大的协助性作用。
