齐眉棍,又称门旗棍,是洪拳拳系中古老而著名的棍法。因其长度与练习者眉际相齐,故名。又因它身兼劈、扎、拦、砸、云、挑、格、挂、抡、扫、戳、中捶下打崩绞点拨插转滚扣横分击架托等二十四法,故又有“二十四棍”之称。这把棍以顺势持棍调把换势梢把兼用长短兼施刚柔相济而著称,更有灵猛泼辣密集如雨气势恢弘的演练风格。此棍可单练,又可对练本拳门人常因不会此技而不被认作传人,更有武师因得不到此技而引以为憾。
预备式
两足并步站立,两臂下垂,右手握住齐眉棍,大腿外侧左手附于之。目视前方(图1, 图2)。
怀中抱月
①左手手心向下虎口向内成阴把,顺势抓住齐眉纵横交错的纹路;右手顺势领起那根锋利无匹的武器,从身体右侧上翻向前盖打,然后紧随着一阵强劲力道带动那根齿轮般旋转的大锤从身体后面穿过,再次以一股超乎想象的力量从腹部迎面扑来;同时,上右脚再上左脚,左脚尖轻巧地在空中的花样跳跃中留下一个虚步印记(图3~图5)。
②紧接着,一只快速且准确的手指触碰到空中的某个不为人知的地方,那是为了准备接下来的一击,而这一次,它将会是一次全新的攻击;同时,上右脚,在空中的跳跃中稍微拉远了一些,但仍然保持着高度和速度,让敌人的防御体系瞬间变得混乱不堪(图6)。
要点:在这个过程中,最关键的是要让自己的每一个动作都充满了不可预测性,使得对手难以找到破绽,同时还要保证自己在整个过程中的平衡感和控制力,这样才能真正发挥出这套招式所蕴含的大威力。
用法:这种方式既可以作为独立的一个招数,也可以作为其他招式的一部分,以其独特的手感和效果增添战斗力的多变性。
风卷残云
Right foot steps aside to form a right hook stance, while both hands grip the staff with palms facing inward and downward, forming a "yin" shape as they block and sweep from left to right (Figure 7).
Key points: The hook stance should be deepened; the hands gripping the staff should be agile; the blocking and sweeping motion should be forceful.
Usage: This move follows on from the previous one, intercepting an opponent's attack before delivering a powerful sweep.
浪里撑船
The left leg lifts up to form an independent step while keeping the right leg in place; simultaneously, both hands hold onto the staff with palms facing inward and downward as it is pushed outwards from below towards above then forward (Figure 8).
Key points: The independent step should be slightly bent at the knee; pushing outwards with the staff requires lightness.
Usage: When faced with an opponent wielding a weapon who attempts to strike downwards, this move can deflect their blow.
雪花盖顶
Left foot advances forward into a left hook stance; simultaneously, both hands grip the staff in reverse order and flip upwards then forwards for striking (Figure 9).
Key points: As you pivot back slightly with your arms holding onto stick ends towards outside & upper direction of body vertically upward & frontward circularly flip around it’s tip end.
Usage: After executing this technique by using stick head as shield against enemy weapon or fist attack that comes down upon you by quickly advancing your left foot into left hooked position followed by simultaneous flipping action of two sticks heads which are held under control like feathers floating on water surface.
蛟龙入洞
① Shift weight onto right leg forming a right hook stance while using both hands' colliding forces through reverse turn-around-the-shoulder push-outward action aimed at crushing something near but not touching our own chest area (Picture10).
② Shift weight onto left leg forming a left hook stance while using same colliding forces through reverse turn-around-the-shoulder push-outward action aimed at crushing something near but not touching our own chest area(Picture11).
Key Points:
When performing lateral crushes on either side during these actions first slide handles toward tips of sticks before thrusting them outward & down away from face region so that only handle remains visible when reaching its destination point - ideally just beyond shoulder level height relative to attacker's midsection.
Useage:
Facing off against someone armed who swings their weapon horizontally or vertically directly at us we use quick movements shifting weights between legs combined together within close proximity space moving bodies backward after each collision/impact delivered thus allowing ourselves sufficient time for recovery prior preparing next attack sequence.
