十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>
练习方法:
左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。
前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。
使用方法:
敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。
要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。
十一、顺水撑槁:<手翻膝>
练习方法:
无论那只脚在前都可以,现在以右脚在前为例(图48):双hands 下垂站定两hands 心相对屈肘hand 向up挑至耳际 右膝随挑hand 向后仰身高高提起(图49,50)。
使用方法:
敌若采用双hands 撞打或是抓双shoulder (图51),马上以小arm 向up挑其两hand,并同时仰身提knee 撞打enemy腹部 (图52)。
要领:反应要快,用knee要巧。
十二、虎坐洞:<hand 翻arm>
练飞methods:
双feet 左right打开适度,然后弯waist 双hans 抄抱 (graph53), 之后再toward 上托至head_top, 身体down蹲坐(graph54).
Usage method
Enemy from behind grabs you, quickly first punch its small abdomen and bend waist (graph55), both hands grab enemy's heel ankle, buttocks rapidly downward sit press knee up(graph56).
Key points: Arm punches, leg hooks, downward sitting actions although have before and after but should strive for a continuous flow.
十三、虎扑食:<foot 翻hand>
Practice methods:
Right leg bent horse step with right hand down slanting chop to the right hip backside(left hand stop at right elbow bottom as guard(graph57)), along with slanting chop lift right knee collapse foot tip out or hook kick(graph58), right foot forward landing step(right hand follows landing step continue down chopping(graph59)).
Use method:
Step left with right hand intercepts enemy's wrist to the side(left hand in front of chest as guard(graph60)), seize opportunity lift up right knee click its inner side of the big thigh( graph61), when the right foot lands use it to chop their neck( graph62)).
Key points: Hand and feet must be tightly coordinated; movements fast; techniques accurate.
十四、Double Dragons Play Water:<left & Right Foot Flip>
1Practice methods:
Right leg bends independently while left hand chops down from above to the left hip backside(right arm moves outside left arm towards upper-right area then lifts(left kneecap flips outwardly)(Graph63). Do not wait for your left foot to land before kicking upward on your opponent’s outer calf by lifting your left kneecap then spring into an arc kick on their other check-leg(right arm moves below inside-left area towards upper-left area then chops downwards toward lower-backside(right-hand looks up toward top-center of head)(Graph64)).
2Use method:
Outward block with one’s own fist at enemy’s wrist while keeping protection in the inside of one’s own forearm(Graph65). Block continuously interchangeably between using one's own fists(Graph66). When they attempt to retreat backward pulling away their backleg(Graph67)), immediately spring upward changing stance by kicking high into air targeting opponent’s opposite shin(Graph68)).
Key points: This is a technique involving sequential kicks without pause between them either during practice or application of this move – second kick must reach flying-high standard.
十五金鸡抖翎:
1Practice methods:
Squatting horse stance facing forward both hands hanging low between legs followed by alternating shoulders rising falling throw off balance by slowing speed from slowest fastest upwards downwards shake off error.Graph69.Graph70)
Usage method
If someone attacks you from behind throws punches use alternating shoulders rise fall throwing off balance slowly starting slowest becoming fastest upwards downwards shaking off error.Graph71
Key Points: Keep arms straight when using this technique and keep knees slightly bent so that body can absorb impact if punched.
It is important that you do not let attacker get too close otherwise there will be no room for maneuverability.
So make sure you are aware of attacker's movement all times through periphery vision.
And always keep mind focused on target which is usually center line.
This way even if attacked unexpectedly there will still be time enough react properly.The end
