十、龙形靠:手翻胯
练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。
使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。
要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。
十一、顺水撑槁:手翻膝
练习方法:无论那只脚在前都可以,但以右脚在前的情况为例(图48):双hands 下垂站定,两hand 心相对屈肘hand 向上挑至耳际,上引right 膝随挑hand 向后仰身高高提起(图49, 50)。
使用方法:敌若采用双hands 撞打或是抓双shoulder (图51),马上以小arm 向up 挑其两hand,并同时仰身提knee 撞打enemy 的腹部(图52)。
要领:反应要快,用knee 要巧。
十二、虎坐洞:足翻臂
练飞methods: 双feet 左开适度,然后弯腰两hands 抄抱 (圖53),之后再towards up 托至head 顶,上蹲体勢 (圖54)。
使用method: 敵人从背後擒抱時,用arm 打敵的小腹並趁勢下弓腰。雙hands 抄起敵足跟,再於下坐壓迫敵膝蓋之間 (圖55)。然後從低位迅速轉為坐姿壓迫對方 (圖56)。
要領: 臂擊、抄腿與坐壓動作雖有先後,但需力求一氣贯通。
十三、高跷踢法:
练习methods: 上left 弓步,以right hand 拿住enemies 手腕或颈部,从side 或back 攻击,同时left foot 从behind 踢at enemy 的leg 或belly (図58),然后quickly switch to right foot and left hand to attack from opposite side.
Using methods: When the opponent attacks with a punch or kick, quickly move your body to the side while using your left arm to block their attack and simultaneously kicking them with your right leg (図59). Then switch sides and repeat the process.
Key points: The movements should be quick and precise, ensuring that both hands and feet are used in coordination.
十四、高空捉拿:
1练习methods:
a) Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
b) Bend your knees slightly.
c) Raise one of your arms up towards the sky while lowering the other arm down towards the ground.
d) Use this opportunity to throw a hooking kick at an opponent's knee or ankle area.
e) As you finish throwing the kick, quickly lower yourself back down into a defensive position while bringing both arms back down to their starting positions.
