拳法十六招式图解:八极拳实战技巧揭秘

一、挑顶

挑顶是八极拳六大开的核心之一,简洁实用,攻击性强。挑顶有多种变化,如挑顶、阴顶、针顶、反雷顶、窝心顶和提頂等。这裡以挑頂為例進行介紹。

實戰說明:敵我對峙,我先聲奪人,上右步同時右手照敵面門猛擊,緊接着兩脚向前闖步,同時右臂屈肘,以肘尖為力點擊打敵心窩或下顎(圖1)。

動作要領:上步時要踏中門而入,即向敵兩腿之間上步,右拳擊面與肘擊要快速突然,側身進擊,步型為“四六步”,即前腿四分勁後腿六分勁。

實戰變化:我右手擊面時若敵來不及防守即為實招;若敵已變化即為虛招;若敌撤步闪过肘頂,可继而用左反背拳砸其面门,同时可用左脚踢其胫骨或反踹其膝關節。

二、蹉提

蹉提在六大開中亦占有一席之地,是自下向上的發力動作,其類似於推舉技法。在八極拳中的蹉提有翻提、二次翻提、三次翻提等多種形式,這裡選取內圈挎做一介紹。

實戰說明:敌我对峙,我以迅雷不及掩耳之勢,用拳豁打敌下颌或心窝同时以前脚掌踢敌胫骨或膝關節(圖2)。

動作要領:上手可为虚手引探,也可为实手击之;若敌有防范即为虚;若敌来不及防守即为实,上是明拳下是暗腿,上下齐发令敌防不胜防。此外,在八極拳谱中云:“蹉脚寸力不过膝”,意味着起脚应在膝關節以下,不高抬,以免空出半边空,使得对方机缘便生败北的危险。

三、圈挎

圈挎是一种横向的发力动作,是“六大开”之一。运用“挎”法时多运用上下齐发的合力。这裡将内圈挎作为介绍的一环进行展示。

實戰說明:enemy me against, I quickly use left hand to hook enemy's face, enemy must retreat or defend, then I use left hand to grab and pull down enemy's arm while stepping forward with my left foot, at the same time using right shoulder and right arm to horizontally crash into their upper body. This combination of forces will knock them down (Figure 3).

動作要領: Eight extreme fist emphasizes "upper punch cloud pulling silk threads", "middle punch hitting clavicle pushing close", "lower punch eating root burying falling". When using a circle catch technique, the lower extremities should eat roots and bury roots. Only in this way can we exert the power of eight extreme fist in close combat.

Real-time changes: If the opponent's front leg is pulled out, I will continue with a sweep kick on their back leg; simultaneously striking their upper body from outside to inside with my right hand; catching hold of their collar with my left hand and pulling it downwards (Figure 4). The three-disciplinary force is formed.
