揭秘32式太极拳:精髓动作与独特风格展开

一、主要手型

(一)拳

五指卷屈,拇指压于食指、中指第二指节上。握拳不可太紧,拳面要平。

(二)掌

42式、杨式、孙式、吴式:五指自然舒展,掌心微含,虎口呈弧形。

陈式:大拇指根合向小指,指尖后仰,其余四指依次向手背方向舒展错开。

(三)勾

42式、杨式:五 fingers第一 finger节自然捏拢、屈腕。

吴式:拇 finger和食中两 finger尖自然捏拢微屈腕;无名小两 finger屈向掌心。

陈式:五 fingers 指尖自然捏拢。

二、三主要手法

(一)拳法

1.冲拳:

杨/Wu/Sun/42:幸自腰立拳向前打出,高不过肩低不过胸力达拳面。

Chen:拳经胸前内旋弹抖打出,拳心朝下力达 punches face.

2.反冲:

Yang/Wu/42:臂内旋眼斜下经耳旁斜前方打出高与头平。

3.栽:

Yan/Sun/Chen/42:从耳旁向前下方打出低过膝臂伸直力达punches face.

4.搬:

Yan/42:Ambi arm翻转握punch平屈于体侧或体前punch heart down eye in.

5.撇:

Yan/Wu/42:Ambi handgrip punch, from the opposite side, forward and upward with a circular motion, palm facing up.

6 贯:

Yang/Wu/Ambi arms cross at the wrist or elbow level, then separate to either side while rotating palms inward and outward.

7 砸:

Chen-style push-downward fist movement.

8 侧崩:

Chen-style lateral blow-out movement of the fists.

9 双横抖:

Both hands move horizontally outward while rotating wrists inward and outward; left (right) fist moves up while right (left) fist moves down.

10 握:

Sun style grasp with both fists together, thumbs interlocked and pointing downward or upward; other four fingers intertwined around each other like a bundle of sticks tied together by twine.

二、三步型

1 弓步:

Front leg full foot on ground, back leg natural stretch outwards; toes point slightly forwards but not beyond shoulder width apart.

2 虚步:

One leg bent semi-squatting on ground; other leg stretched outwards slightly bent at knee joint.

3 马步:

Wu style horse stance with feet wide apart about two to three feet wide with toes pointing slightly inwards towards each other; knees bend over toe tips without exceeding them.

4 仆步:

All five styles have one leg fully squatting down low with knees bent at an angle of about 90 degrees leaning forward onto front shin bone for support while keeping rear straight leg stretched out flat on ground parallel to body length.

5 跳叉:

6 歇步:
