一、沉桥标指——捎抛拳
1.我与对方右式对峙(图1)。2.对方进右步,发后手直拳或上勾拳攻我胸腹。3.我右前臂沉压,防住其左拳(图2)。4.动作不停,我两脚向前进步,同时右臂前伸插击对方面部(图3)。5.紧接上动,我身体向右拧转,同时左手横捎对方头面部(图4),接着迅速向左拧腰转体,抛勾对方腹部(图5)。
要点:沉桥与标指要一气呵成,干脆利落。攻击路线较短,速度较快,所以成功率甚高。两脚进步的幅度视距离远近而定。做捎和抛时肩关节肌肉须适当放松,借助腰部转动爆发用力。
二、截桥撩裆——插步挂拳
1.我右式与对方左式对峙(图6)。2.对方进左步,用左直拳或摆拳攻击我的上盘。我用右前臂截格其左臂(图7)。3.动作不停,我蹲腿弯腰,与逆时针方向绕环,以掌根为力点撩击对方裆部(图8),紧接着将身形改由顺时针方向绕环,以掌背为力点挂击对方面部。
要点:截格要有力,进身撩裆要快狠。身体扭转使撩打流畅顺达。配合左右腿及双手协调完成连续攻击。
三、拨掌——破排掌
1.我左式与对方右式对峙(图10)。2.对方进右步,用直拳猛击中盘或上盘。我速以左手向后方拨带其胳膊外侧部分,将之拉开并推出,使其侧倒于地面。
要点:即刻使用拨带方式防御,并抓住敌人肘关节推倒。这要求技巧精湛且反应迅疾,不容许任何迟缓。在进行这类操作时,要注意保持良好的平衡和稳定性,以便在必要时候迅速采取行动应付各种变化情况。此外,还需考虑如何有效地控制和利用自己的力量来实现最佳效果,从而最终达到目的。
四、挂拳——托肘凤眼捶——切掌
1.my left stance confronts the opponent's right stance (fig 13). 2.I suddenly step forward with my left foot, while rotating my left arm outward and upward in a circular motion, using the back of my fist to strike the opponent's face, which they defend against with their left hand raised (fig 14).
3.The action continues uninterrupted as I slide both feet forward and use my right hand to push up against the opponent's left arm elbow joint simultaneously, then recover my left hand into a keystone punch position (with the second knuckle of my index finger sticking out from the fist and pressing against the tip of my thumb nail) before thrusting it forward and upward to strike at their throat.
4.Next, I squat down low in a defensive posture and transform my left hand into a palm facing downward as I rotate it clockwise around an imaginary axis on its outer edge with considerable force to cut across at an angle towards either side of their abdominal area or groin region.
The key points are: The hanging punch should be fast yet delicate; swiftly rush towards their chest door so that they cannot avoid it if possible; If they raise their hands for defense during this time, take advantage of this opportunity by lifting up your right hand above theirs when you feel them stiffen in anticipation - then quickly apply forceful pressure downwards onto your enemy’s shoulders or ribs using your palms as striking surfaces while keeping firm control over your body balance throughout all actions performed hereafter...
