第一式起势
1.上举剑
左手抱剑,左脚横向开立与肩同宽成“开立步”,右手变剑指,两手向上平行举过头顶;然后两手下落至两大腿外侧,旋腕,两腿由屈到伸,两手再次上举,目视前方。动作要有节奏感,如同天鹅展翅。
【要点】
上举剑时注意重心转换。
【解析】
此招以剑首向上举起,有攻击对方下颌之意。
2.前伸剑
上动不停,两手下落至两大腿外侧;然后两腿由屈到伸,两手上下分开。右sword指收于右胯外侧,而左手持sword置于左胸前。目视左手。这一姿势如同观星,一 Sword直达天际。
【要点】
两个动作需同时进行,以保持平衡。
【解析】
前stretch sword是以swords首向前伸出,有攻击对方的意图。
第二式停车问路
1.丁步sword指
接先前的动作,与体侧划一立圆,同时身体右转,将Right Sword从Left Hand下的方向往上、往right划弧,上提置于身体的Right Side;随后身体继续Right Turn, Right Foot steps forward by a small step, Left Foot follows half a step, foot tip touching the ground and heel lifted to form "Left Ding Step"; meanwhile both hands draw circles on the sides of the body with palms facing downwards.
【要点】
两个脚步应自然流畅,不宜急躁。
【解析】
sword指中包括拇指压在无名和小指第一关节处,其余三指弯曲,此招有攻击对方的意图。
2.虚step穿sword
连续进行,无间断地将Body left turn by 180 degrees into "Left Virtual Step". The right hand receives the sword while the left hand changes direction to point up towards above, bending elbow and placing it in front of abdomen as if asking for directions with an open palm; simultaneously reverse grip sword and thrust it forward upwards through air from below, eyes following the sharp end.
【要点】
接收swords应准确无误,同时 swords upstroke should be coordinated with Reverse Grip Thrust.
【解析】
Up Through Swords is done by reversing grip of hilt level with flat part of blade horizontally passing through upper side from below outwards; this move has attacking opponent's throat intention.
第三式悬崖勒马
接第二式结束时,将left foot stepped forward by half-step forming "Left Bow Step", then perform rotating wrist action drawing a horizontal circular motion around chest area (rotating wrist) followed by pulling back right-hand held-sword across chest area horizontally pointing down towards lower side while keeping eye focus on pointed tip as if trying to control a horse about to leap over cliff edge.
【要点】
During rotation keep posture low.
Pulling-back action should use waist power instead of arm strength alone.
Rotation must be smooth like flowing water without any pause or jolt between actions.
Keep your mind focused on controlling that horse at all times during these movements!
Analysis
This third set includes two key moves:
Rotating Wrist Action: This is performed in such manner that you rotate your wrist clockwise around your body creating a semi-circular shape before returning back to its original position but now oriented differently so that when you pull-back your right-hand held-sword across chest area horizontally pointing down towards lower side it appears as though you are performing some kind of magic trick where everything seems fluid yet impossible at first glance!
Pulling Back: As mentioned earlier one must use their waist muscles rather than just relying solely upon arm strength because using only arms would make movement stiff & unnatural which could lead people thinking they are just mimicking another person’s actions rather than truly mastering them themselves!
Remember always maintain good posture throughout entire process especially during those turns since maintaining balance can help prevent injuries otherwise caused due improper technique usage!
