33、推胸掌
甲右乙左,甲方向前上右步,用右掌直击乙方,目视击胸掌。左手握拳在左肋间,拳心朝上。乙方也向前上右步于甲方右脚里侧。两手在身体两侧,目视对方(图33)。
34、掰手抓腕
乙方向右转身90度,同时向前上左步于甲方右腿后,准备跪步压膝。与转身上步同时,右手自下向上,从外侧轻抠住甲方击胸掌四指,由左向右掰拧,使甲方腕部关节反转。与此同时,左手握拳向前冲打甲方的肩胛骨,以分散其注意力和力量。而且,在掰拧动作中,我会用腰部旋转的力量来加强对关节的控制力。此时,如果我能顺势将我的腰部旋转到最大的角度,那么就可以使对方完全失去平衡并被迫倒在地上了。
35、捋手倒挂
甲方向后猛力倒挂,同时用力将受制的手抽出,并迅速按压在乙方面体某一处敏感区域,用尽全身力量借助倒挂之力的瞬间爆发,将对方高空摔落至地面,与之同行进行一系列精细调整以确保最佳效果。

36、上步刁腕
甲right, 乙left, 乙direction front slightly move right step, prepare to attack orton with right hand (slowly), look at opponent. Left hand in left ribcage. A direction front upper right step, simultaneously use right hand to grab and control the wrist of opponent's right hand, look at grabbing wrist hand. Left palm attached to the armpit on the right side, palm facing towards the body.
