社会中13岁女孩游泳时泳衣带子断了竟然裸泳腊八强身治病

我注意到在腊八时期,人们常说“腊七腊八冻掉下巴”,但在吉林市松花江边,有一群人却选择了进行裸泳。他们的行为似乎与传统观念相悖,但事实上,这些冬泳爱好者并没有因为冷而受伤,而是claimed that they were able to “freeze” their diseases away.

The winter of this year has been particularly cold, with temperatures averaging 1-2 degrees Celsius lower than in previous years. According to the weather station, the recent cold spell has made it difficult for these winter swimmers to even find a spot of open water. However, undeterred by the ice and snow, they continue to brave the elements every day from 5am until 5pm.

One member of the group told me that despite feeling extremely cold at first, he soon grew accustomed to the icy waters and no longer felt any discomfort. He explained that gradually acclimating oneself to the water temperature was key. Another member shared his own experience of having overcome various health issues through regular winter swimming.

I learned that there are many groups of winter swimmers in JiLin city who have formed teams based on their favorite swimming spots along the Songhua River. They hold annual competitions where participation is more important than winning or losing.

It seems that while some may view such behavior as reckless or even dangerous, these individuals have found a unique way to stay healthy during one of China's coldest months – by embracing rather than avoiding nature's chilliness.
