中国十大剑法秘笈勍手螳螂拳真传腕功

在螳螂拳的精湛技艺中,手腕功占据了极其重要的地位,这是一门高级的内功训练法,特别是在行功积力阶段,它是揉和功中的核心力量。通过对手腕的系统锻炼,可以使之变得灵活有力,并且结合本门真传鹰爪功,在实战中能完美展现出螳螂拳独有的勾搂采挂、刁进崩打、擒拿锁扣、挫骨点穴等绝技。在勍手螳螂拳门派中,手腕功主要由六种基本动作组成。

一、转腕术(图1~图2)

以右臂为例进行说明:将右臂向正前方微屈抬起,同时五指并拢形成掌状,以腕关节为中心,将右掌在臂内侧沿着圆周路径从下往上划过,然后再逆方向进行相同操作。如此反复练习左手同理。关键要点是保持肩肘下沉,不得抬起,同时只让手腕旋转,而不是整个臂部。

二、挑勾术(图3~图5)

以右臂为例进行说明:将右臂直立举至与肩平齐高度,五指并拢形成握物状。而后迅速地提升掌心朝下的双掌,使之变成如同勾取物体的手势。此时微屈双臂,再次伸直使双掌恢复原始状态。如此一来,便完成了一系列挑勾动作。左手练法相同。

要点是要沉肩垂肘,并确保每一次挑勾时都有足够的力量,以及在变换姿态时尽量用力弯曲和伸直两根大腿上的脊柱。

三、推腕劲(图6)

十指交叉相扣,将两臂向胸前屈曲并提起到胸前水平位置,然后分别向左右横推,使得两端的手部朝下倾斜。一边推另一边收回,再次横拉,使得两人所有的手部朝下移动。这是一个无休止循环练习过程。

要点是在推动过程中应保持柔和,不需过度使用肌肉力量,同时尽量弯曲两个小指关节,让它们成为整个动作的核心部分。

四、翻推掌诀(图7)

十指交叉抱于胸前, palms facing the body. Then both wrists rotate, causing the palms to move downward and forward, extending the arms straight out in front of you with palms still facing down. The arms then retract back into a hugging position around your chest once more.

Key points include maintaining a straight arm during the push-forward motion while keeping fingers interlocked and focused on palm movement.

Five, Hooking Technique (Pictures 8-9)

With right hand holding a short stick, bend elbow slightly towards front and hold it at chest level height. Rotate forearm inwardly so that stick moves along inner side of arm from top to bottom and back again before suddenly rotating wrist upward to make an upward hooking motion as the stick reaches front center point. Follow this by outward rotation of forearm for another round trip along outer side of arm before returning to initial position.

Alternatively, start with downward stroke along inner side followed by an upward stroke along outer side before reversing direction for another cycle. Repeat practice with left hand same way.

Key points include keeping elbows bent low while allowing hands to move freely within their range; focus on wrist movements rather than overall limb movement.
