那些年，我跟随的门派

记得我还是个小孩的时候，听父母提起“门派”这个词时，那是充满了神秘和尊敬。他们说，这些门派就是传承着古老技艺、智慧和道德规范的群体。随着岁月的流逝，我也逐渐了解到，“现存的门派”不仅仅是一种职业，更是一种生活方式，一种文化的一部分。

These groups focused on cultivating one's inner energy (qi) through meditation, qigong exercises and alchemy. Their aim was not only physical health but also spiritual enlightenment.

One day, while wandering in a mountain temple complex during spring break, I stumbled upon a group of Qimen practitioners performing their ritual dance under moonlight. They were from different families or lineages within this particular sect – some specialized in healing arts while others focused on divination or astrology.

The leader of our group invited me to join them for dinner after they finished their ceremony. Over steaming bowls of rice porridge and fresh vegetables picked from their own gardens that morning, we shared stories about our ancestors who had dedicated themselves to this path long ago.

These encounters made me realize that present-day doorways into traditional knowledge are often hidden behind unassuming doors or nestled in quiet corners where few people venture into.
