动作1——右云手开始:
通过前胯放松并微屈膝盖,形成躯干沉重于左腿。
左脚蹬撑推动躯干向右移动,同时带动左脚尖朝正前方内扣。
躯干随着腰脊领先而后弧形转动,使胸腹完全对齐南方方向。
右胯开始后缩,从而引导右手下降,并将右肘略微下降并弯曲。
右手应沿着低轨线移动至胸前位置时,腕部微微外旋至心朝上方。
注意事项:
a. 左脚蹬撑需全身松沉下的力量才能实现自然流畅。
b. 躯干转体必须以腰骶背脊为中心,以免出现倾斜或偏移。
c. 右肩臂部需保持夹角,使得圆弧外撑能顺畅展开,不然无法引发腰骶带动的手臂运动。
d. 右肘不得主动参与活动,而应依赖腰骶提供力量进行抽送式运动,避免牵拉感和失去落空效果。
继续蹬撑左脚使得躯干竖直地略有右移:
持续推进位势,将躯幹由腰脊控制,以左胃為軸,再次進行後弧形轉動,
讓胸腹稍向自己側面靠近同時帶動右足繞開回原位,
同時帶動-right-hand從腹前往-left-往-upwards-moving along an arc,
Right-hand in the process of moving upwards, due to the continuous right turn of the body, it experiences a subtle internal rotation,
and when reaching the front position, right-hand is approximately facing towards one's left shoulder.
注意事项:
a. Slightly turning body around waist as axis without using waist as axis.
b. Body turns must be controlled within 10~20 degrees for better effect.
c. Shoulder and elbow should not actively participate in hand movement; otherwise, it will disrupt the pulling-in-and-emptying action.
d. The trajectory of hand movement appears to be an arc from left-to-right-to-upward but actually follows a straight line along chest-bone midline due to constant right turn of body.
5.* Hand moves up while maintaining low posture with slight inward rotation at wrist;
6.* No leading or forcing movements by shoulder or elbow;
7.* Continuous flow with no clear distinction between forward and backward arcs;
8.* Right hand reaches nose level or above forehead level without exceeding head height;
9.* Inhale abdomen while upper arm moves up;
10.* Moving path may appear as both forward and backward arcs but consciousness must remain focused on back arcs;
11.* Elbow remains soft and relaxed throughout motion;
12*. Cloud hands' right hand upper arc activity requires downward pressure from waist to guide its upward movement.
