The external five essentials refer specifically to techniques used in combat such as punches kicks blocks parries footwork stances postures body positioning leverage timing coordination balance agility speed endurance stamina strength power flexibility resilience adaptability intelligence creativity strategy tactics psychology motivation passion love.
