十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>1、练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。2、使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可以犹豫不决。

十一、顺水撑槁:<手翻膝>1、练习方法:无论那只脚在前都可以,但这里以右脚在前的例子来说明(图48):双hands下垂站定两hand心相对屈肘的手往上挑至耳际,然后转体仰身提起膝盖高高提起(图49,50)。2、使用方法:当敌人采用双hands抓双肩时(如同图51所示),马上用小臂挑开两hand,并同时仰身提膝盖撞击对方腹部(如同图52所示)。要领反应快,用膝要巧。

十二、高虎坐洞:<足翻臂>

练习飞行技巧:

双leg左右打开适度。

然后弯腰两hand抄抱身体。

之后再把两个arm推到头顶,

身体低下蹲坐在地面上的姿态(见于圖53)。

使用技巧:

当你从背后被人搂抱时,你应该先用arm攻击对方的小腹并趁势低下腰部。

接下来是将双legs伸直并且从地面抓住对方的一只foot跟。

最后的动作是迅速地坐在你的臀部压迫他的knee region。(見於圖56)

需要注意的是,无论这些动作之间是否存在先后顺序,我们必须力求使它们流畅连贯进行,这就是“坐洞”之所以称为“坐”的原因。

十三、高虎扑食:<足翻掌>

练习技巧:

左leg弓步立好,

右arm斜劈,

左arm保护于right arm下的位置,

随着斜劈动作,将Right knee崩起与ankle结合形成勾踢或点踢形状(見於圖58)。

然后Right leg落地,

右Arm继续按方向下去劈打目标区域

(見於圖62)

使用技巧:

当你的left leg独立的时候,你可以拦截对面的attack by right hand.

这样做的时候,你会保护自己的left arm,同时准备发挥next move.

接下来,当你发现机会时,就会利用your left foot勾踢他们’s inner thigh area.

这时候你的right foot已经落地了,所以你立刻就会用your right arm去攻击their neck area.

这个招式要求your hands and feet must work together closely and quickly to achieve the desired effect.

十四、大龙戏水:<足左右翻>

练习飞行技巧:

上left step with Right leg in place,

Right hand from above downward slice at the back of left hip,

Left hand from inside of Right arm move up to the top of left shoulder or slightly higher position,

Leg follow movement to hook kick at enemy's right ankle or lower part of calf muscle (see figure 63).

After that don't wait for your left foot to land before you lift your body up and hook kick with your left leg towards enemy's right ankle again.

At this moment use your right hand as a pivot point for moving upwardly slicing down towards the back of right hip, while simultaneously bring your left hand across from inside of Right elbow up towards top-left side position near forehead level (see figure 64).

使用技巧:

When using this technique against an opponent who attacks you with their sword in front guard posture,

you will block their attack by moving forward with both legs bending knees slightly but keeping them straight below waist level as if they were about to jump into action (see Figure 65).

Then immediately after blocking their attack turn around and perform a kicking motion aimed at his outer shinbone using the ball of my foot so that it feels like I am stepping over him on one side while he is trying to retreat backwards fast enough not catch me doing it smoothly without any delay between actions taken during performance sequence which has been practiced beforehand since its inception time period when such martial arts existed among other things happening within history books written about those times etcetera...
