从十到十五,龙形靠、顺水撑槁、虎坐洞、虎扑食、双龙戏水和金鸡抖翎,每个招式都有其独特的技巧和要领。下面,我们来详细学习这些招式。

十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>

练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。

使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。

要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可以犹豫不决。

十一、顺水撑槁:<手翻膝>

练习方法:

无论那只脚在前都可以,现在以右脚在前为例(图48):双hands down vertically, both hands' palms facing each other, elbows bent, hands towards the top of the head.

Right knee follows the lifted hand to move back and up, body heightening (Figures 49 & 50).

使用方法:

If an enemy uses both hands to push or grab your shoulders (Figure 51), quickly lift your small arm upwards to deflect their hands and simultaneously lift your knees high up to hit their abdominal area (Figure 52).

要领:反应快,用膝巧。

十二、高坐洞:<hand flip arm>

练飞法:

Stand with feet slightly apart then bend forward with both arms embracing around a waist-high object (Picture 53). Then raise your arms up until they are at head level while lowering your body into a seated position (Picture 54).

使用法:

When an enemy comes from behind and tries to hug you from behind, first punch them in the stomach using one arm while bending forward (Picture 55). Grab their ankle heel with both hands then use buttocks pressure on top of their knee joint by sitting down rapidly (Picture 56).

要领:Arm punching, grabbing leg and sitting must be done smoothly without pause.

十三、高潜食:<foot flip hand>

练习法:

Step left foot forward with right hand downward diagonally chopping towards right hip after drawing left hand across right elbow as protection against attack from above-left direction.

Simultaneously draw out or hook kick using inner part of sole of raised foot or toes toward opponent's outer calf before stepping right foot forward again when kicking is completed.

使用法:

When approaching an opponent step left foot forward for intercepting opponent's wrist attack by moving right hand horizontally outwardly away from own face side so that it could form a protective shield on chest side.

Hold onto this momentary opening while raising upper leg in order to make contact between toe tips on sole or toes touching inner thigh area near centerline under angle approximately at forty-five degrees relative to vertical line passing through ankle bone point below kneecap just as lower leg is about ready falling down after being drawn upward within range over which toe tip would strike target area if not adjusted further.

要领: Hand movement should complement quick movements made by legs closely for precise execution.

十四、大双戏水:&

Practice method:

Right leg bends independently in horseback stance

Left-hand moves downward diagonally along spine-side edge reaching backside corner below shoulder blade

The same time moves the opposite way round i.e., inwardly towards outside edge along front side edge but lifting its path upwards higher than previous action

Use appropriate timing during practice sessions where possible actions take place alternately
