The following recipe is recommended for washing hands after practicing kung fu:
Ingredients:
30 grams of corydalis root
30 grams of radix angelicae dahuricae
30 grams of radix ginseng
60 grams of sulfur
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients with five cups water.
Boil until seven cups remain.
Use this solution as hand wash daily.
Note: If using only three herbs (translucent bone grasses), use equal parts by weight for each herb instead of mixing them together.
