高与鼻平;
Right palm continues to rotate, and the right arm moves from a downward motion to an upward motion, converting into a hook shape positioned on the left side of the body. The hook tip is directed towards the right side and level with the ear.
Eye gaze follows right hook top.(Figure171)
Right Hook converts back into a Palm position.
The arm extends forward and slightly outward, maintaining its height level with the ear.
Wrist maintains curvature toward thumb edge,
Palmar surface faces down;
Palmar surface points toward front-left direction at brow-level height; elbow flexion observed as it bends backwards slightly in a controlled manner.
Eye gaze follows right hand's movement direction. (Figure172)
Right palm rotates inwardly from external rotation.
Simultaneously,
Left Palm pushes forward upwards in an arc-like motion.
Elbow flexion is maintained but kept relatively relaxed.
In this pose, observe Right Hook convert into Palm position facing downwards while simultaneously pushing outwards.
At this moment, Left Arm crosses over Right Arm shoulder area by drawing an arc-like trajectory.
As you push your palms outwards towards each other for balance,
palms are held high at eyebrow-level.\
Both arms maintain wrist flexibility when bending fingers towards thumb edge.\
Gaze should be fixed upon Right Hand's movement direction.
Right Hook transforms back into Palm position through internal rotation.
With every step forwards during execution of form,
right palm sinks lower down as if sinking beneath waterline depth\
while simultaneously stretching up from waistline to reach higher than chest line\
with palms facing downwards yet retaining some slight curve towards index finger.\
Left Palm turns around so that palmar surface now faces up
as it lifts itself off ground & moves above hip line then finally reaches chest level before returning down below again.\
This action makes sure both hands move together - one goes up while other comes down concurrently\n
and thus forming circular pattern along spine which harmonizes body posture throughout entire process.
By observing how both hands interact with each other during their movements,
it becomes clear that they're working together like two sides of same coin: one rises while another falls;\n
one descends while another ascends;\n
one pushes forward while another pulls backward.
Through continuous practice,\n
we can feel harmony between these two opposing forces within our own bodies:
Balance in strength distribution across different parts of our body structure;
Harmony among various muscle groups involved in performing these specific movements;
