第一步:螳螂出洞

预备式是小登山抱门式,两臂自然弯曲,右拳在前左拳在后,上体微倾,沉肩垂肘目视前方。

第一招:双封下

身体向右转变勾手刁采于胸前,同时右腿后撤重心落于右腿上虚步。

第二招:左封右匿肘

上体左转左脚前半步同时左勾手刁采,然后回收至面前;随之右勾直臂顶腕。

第三招:凤凰三点头

右勾变掌采抓腰间同时左拳直击,与头齐高;

重心后移上体左转成歇步,同时屈肘摆拨停于头侧;

重心前移上体右转成大登山式,同时左右臂交叉撞击。

第四招:临行鸳鸯脚

重心后移踢击与裆平,上体左转击出与胸平。

第五招:急出双帮肘

右脚落拖接小登山式同时扶推用掌背反击。

第二步:寻路入门
