一、预备势
两脚并步站立,两臂垂于身体两侧,五指并拢贴靠腿外侧,眼向前平视(图一)。
要点:头要端正,颏微收,挺胸、塌腰、收腹。
二、一虚步亮掌
①右脚向右后方撤步成左弓步。右掌向右、向上、向前划弧,掌心向上;左臂屈肘,左掌提至腰侧,掌心向上。目视右掌 (图二之1)。
②重心继续后移。左掌经胸前从右臂上向前穿出伸直;右臂屈肘,将手腕轻轻摆动,使手背在头顶以上形成一个圆形(如同画圈),然后快速变为横掌,在头葡上方成勾手和亮掌的同时落下,如同画两个圆相交(如月牙)。目视左右双拳 (图二之2-3)。
③重心继续后移。以迅猛的姿态完成三次连续动作,每个动作都要保持良好的姿态,不断变化形象,让对面观者感受到力量和速度的不断提升。(图二之4)
三、二并步对拳
①Right leg kicks forward, left leg lifts the knee, and the toes are pressed inward. The upper body remains unchanged (Figure 3-1).
②Left foot steps forward, center of gravity shifts forward. Left arm bends the elbow and punches through the chest from left to right; Right arm rotates outward and downward beside left palm, both palms at the same height with palms facing up (Figure 3-2).
③Right foot steps forward and upward to form a step-behind stance. Both arms sway backward behind the body (Figure 3-3).
④Left foot moves sideways to meet right foot in a parallel position. Both arms swing outward above the chest with elbows bent down pressing hands towards abdomen; Palms turn downwards forming fists resting on lower abdomen. Gaze is directed towards left side (Figure 3-4).
Fourth Section
四、一弓步顶肘
①Step back with your right leg into a horseback stance while extending your left fist upwards in front of you.
②Bring your right fist across your body while rotating it clockwise.
③Step back with your right leg again into another horseback stance.
五、二转身拍脚
①Turn around while keeping feet shoulder-width apart.
②Lift one heel off ground and place other heel on ground.
Sixth Section
六、一歇步抡砸拳
①Step back with your right leg into a horseback stance.
②Rotate wrist so that palm faces downwards.
