十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>
练习方法:
左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。
前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。
使用方法:
敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。
若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。
要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。
十一、顺水撑槁:
练习方法:
无论那只脚在前都可以,但现以右脚在前为例:双hands down, two hands heart to heart, palms facing upwards, right knee up and back.
使用方法:当敌若采用双hands to strike or grab both shoulders (Figures 51), immediately use small arm to challenge their two hands and simultaneously bend the body to kick at the enemy's abdomen (Figure 52).
要领:反应快,用膝巧妙地控制对方动作。
十二、虎坐洞:
练飞方法:
Two feet apart slightly, then bend waist with both hands in a hugging position (Figure 53). Then push upwards towards head top and squat down the body (Figure 54).
使用方法: When an enemy comes from behind for a bear hug, first punch them in the lower abdomen with your arms while bending waist downwards (Figure 55). Then quickly scoop up their ankle with both hands and press your buttocks downwards onto their knees (Figure 56).
要领: Although there are three actions - punching, scooping legs and sitting down - they should be executed as one continuous motion.
十三、虎扑食:
练习方式:
Right foot steps into a horse stance with left hand downward diagonal slash while protecting left wrist with right hand below it.
Use this method when an enemy attacks you from behind; lift right leg high enough so that ankle touches or hooks outwards or toes tap on target's inner thigh area before landing right foot step forward.
3.Use left stepping out of horse stance for similar action but reverse sides.
Usage Method:
First use right hand as shield against incoming attack by grabbing wrist
As soon as possible lift up right leg using heel edge
Just before landing on ground hit neck area
