十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>1、练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。这时要注意左臂的力量要有所控制,以免过于用力影响身子的平衡。同时,要感受双腿之间的空间和敌人的位置,这样才能更准确地进行胯部的挤压。2、使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。在执行这一招时,要保持良好的体态和平衡,同时要注意观察对方反应,以便及时调整自己的姿态。此外,还需通过不断练习来提升这一招的手法与速度,使之更加自然流畅。
十一、顺水撑槁:<手翻膝>1、练习方法:无论那只脚在前都可以,现在以右脚在前为例(图48):双hands downward, standing still with palms facing each other and elbows bent. Push the hands upwards towards the ears, and lift the right knee backwards as high as possible (Figures 49 & 50). This action should be done in a fluid motion.
2、使用方法: When facing an opponent who attempts to grab both shoulders or punch (Figure 51), immediately use your arms to push their hands up while simultaneously raising your knees to strike their abdomen (Figure 52). The key is quick reaction and clever use of knees.
Twelve, Tiger Sitting Hole: Practice Flying Method: Stand with feet slightly apart, then bend waist and bring hands together in front of you (Figure 53), before pushing them up towards your head and sitting down on your heels (Figure 54).
Practice Use: If someone attacks from behind with a hug, first hit them below the ribcage with an arm punch while bending forward. Then quickly grasp their ankle heel with both hands and sit down heavily onto their knee area using your buttocks (Figures 55 &56). The principle is that although there are steps for punching, grabbing legs, and sitting down actions but they must be carried out smoothly like one continuous movement.
Thirteen., Tiger Pounce Prey: Exercise Method: Step into a left horse stance with right hand downward diagonally chopping. Left hand stops at right elbow level forming protection. With chop timing raise right knee to collapse foot wrist pointing outwards or kicking toe tips outwards/insides or hooking toes around ankles/inner thighs(Figures57-59).
Usage Method: Upon stepping into a left position block enemy's wrist attack by swinging right hand across body above chest level. As grabbing hold of wrist pull it back sharply so that fingers point downwards toward ground then let go just before landing fully on both feet which allows for rapid follow-up action by bringing lower leg inwardly when landing(Figure60-62) against inner thigh area while performing uppercut strike from lowered position targeting face/jawline.
