左腿向右脚后插步,右勾手变掌以腕为轴外缠绕一周变拳。回收腰间,同时左掌向前推出,掌指朝上,目视前方(图47)。
要求:推掌力达掌外沿,快速有力,如同一拳打断砖得练多久般的力量。
41、里合外摆腿
左腿向前上步,身体左转,右腿向里弧形直膝摆踢,与左掌心相击响;接着右腿落地,左脚向外弧形直膝摆踢。同时用双手随着体势变化进行配合。
要求:连环里合外摆腿转体360度,每个动作均需准确无误。
42、击掌蹬腿
双脚并步,同时双 palms从体侧向面前直臂击出,然后收回到腰间。接着双 palms再次展开,一起蹬出,在空中形成一个美丽的圆弧。
要求:击 palm力达 palm heart, 蹬 leg force reach ankle bone.
43、弓步双推 palm
右脚下落成左弓步时,将两 palms从腰间推出至面前,并将其保持在一定高度。此时每个部分都要充满力量和节奏感。
要求:落 step 和 push palms 一致,有力且协调。
44、弓步架栽 punch
身体180度转身成右弓步时,用两 fists分别横架于头侧和膝盖上。这不仅是一种姿态,更是对内力的锻炼。
要求:架栽拳与转身应协调一致,以达到最佳效果。

45. 弓步冲 punch
当身体180度旋转成左弓步时,让劲往拳心放,从而使左右肘部肌肉得到充分锻炼。同时注意伸展背部肌肉以维持良好的姿态。

This is a series of quick movements that include sweeping left foot around your own body while simultaneously performing punches on both sides.

With every twist of your body comes two guarding hands that are positioned in front of you at all times.

The left foot extends outwardly before landing softly on the ground while maintaining balance through twisting torso and raising arms up for protection.
要求: Force exerted by each part of this move should reach its maximum potential without losing control or stability during execution.
52,上step sweep leg support palms
In this final pose, one foot lifts off ground to form an arc above head level while keeping other grounded foot slightly bent forward to support it along with raised fists forming protective barriers around your face area.
