一、沉桥标指——捎抛拳
1.我与对方右式对峙(图1)。2.对方进右步,发后手直拳或上勾拳攻我胸腹部。我右前臂向下沉压,防住其左拳(图2)。3.动作不停,我两脚向前进步,同时右臂前伸以右掌插击对方面部(图3)。4.紧接上动,我身体向右拧转,同时左手以拳面为力点经左横扫对方头面部(图4)。5.不停,我迅速向左拧腰转体,同时右手拳心朝内,以拳面为力点经下抛勾对方腹部(图5)。
要点:在前臂沉压与标指要一气呵成,干脔利落。沉桥之后,我右手不收回,直接前伸插击,这样做攻击路线较短,速度较快,所以成功率甚高。两脚进步的幅度要视当时的距离远近而定。做左横扫与右抛勾动作时肩关节肌肉须适当放松,借助腰部的转动爆发用力。
二、截桥撩裆——插步挂拳
1.我与对方左式对峙(图6)。2.对方进左步,用左直拳或摆拳攻击我上盘。我用-right 前臂截格其-left 臂(图7)。3.动作不停,我-right 脚进步蹲腿弯腰,与逆时针方向绕环,以掌根为力点撩击对方裆部(图8)。4.-Tight 接上动-,I -left 脚-toward- right-leg 后-insert-step,-simultaneously- right- palm变-punch,-with-punch-back-as-force-point-along-clockwise-direction-circle, hang-kick-opponent's-face-(chart9).
要点:截格要有力,进身撩裆要快狠。进身时身体须适当扭转,使right 撩掌流畅顺达。left 脚insert-step和right-hang punch应协调配合,right arm应以肘关节为轴摆动,不宜过大幅度。
三、拨掌——破排掌
1.My-left-style-with-opponent's-right-style-confrontation-(picture10). 2.Opponent-progresses-with-right-step-launching-a-left-straight-punch-to-hit-my-chest-or-abdomen.I-immediately-use-my-left-hand-to-sweep-their-arm-away-from-me-(picture11). 3.The-action-does-not-stop;I-steps-forward-with-my-feet-between-their-waist-and-thighs-at-the-same-time-I-turn-my-body-to-the-side-using-my-left-hand-grabbing-and-pushing-away-from-me-in-a-slanting-downward-motion-across-diagonal-axis,(Picture12).
Key-points: The left hand should sweep and defend in time, using the outer edge of the palm to make contact with the opponent's wrist or forearm for a sweeping motion.
四、挂钩——托肘凤眼捶——切腕
1.My-left-style-confronts-opponent's-left-style-(picture13). 2.I-suddenly-proceed-with-a-leap-forward, simultaneously rotating my left arm outwardly and upwardly around a circular path with my fist back facing forward to strike their face from below while they raise their left hand in defense against me (Picture14). 3.The action does not stop; I slide my feet forward as I push up on their raised elbow joint with my right hand at the same time, then retract it and form a phoenix eye punch by extending only the second knuckle of my index finger outwards while pressing down on it with my thumb (the other three fingers remain curled like usual), followed by driving this into their throat area (Picture15) after which I squat down low and sink into myself before turning clockwise with my left hand transformed into a palm shape that circles around in an anti-clockwise direction striking downwards towards either their abdomen or groin area (Picture16).
Key points: The hanging hook attack must be swift and sudden; charge towards them swiftly to force them to react defensively without any chance to counterattack effectively. If they attempt to block with an upper guard, seize upon that moment when they lift up their elbow joint for quick counterattack opportunity provided by this movement, aiming accurately at target point whereupon regardless of whether or not phoenix eye punch strikes true subsequent move follows suit...
