一、沉桥标指——捎抛拳

1.我与对方右式对峙(图1)。2.对方进右步,发后手直拳或上勾拳攻我胸腹。3.我右前臂向下沉压,防住其左拳(图2)。4.动作不停,我两脚向前进步,同时右臂前伸插击对方面部(图3)。5.紧接上动,我身体向右拧转,同时左手横捎对方头面部(图4),接着迅速向左拧腰转体,同时右手抛勾对方腹部(图5)。

要点:在沉桥与标指要一气呵成,干脔利落。沉桥之后,我不收回而直接前伸插击,使攻击路线较短、速度较快。两脚进步的幅度视距离远近定制。此时肩关节肌肉须放松,以腰转为助力。

二、截桥撩裆——插步挂拳

1.我与对方左式对峙(图6)。2.对方进左步,用直摆拳攻击上盘。我用右前臂截格其左臂(图7)。3.动作不停,我蹲腿弯腰,绕环撩击裆部同时内旋掌根施力于逆时针方向绕环以掌背挂击对方面部(图8)。

要点:截格有力,进身撩裆需快狠。扭转身体使撩打流畅顺达。配合左右腿和掌变为协调的一体化。

三、拨掌——破排掌

1.我与对方右式对峙(图10)。2.对方猛击中盘或上盘。我速用左手后方拨带其左臂侧边缘部分进行夹持及推挤作用产生的力量利用来控制敌人朝自己倾斜并进一步将其引入自身有效范围内的空间布局中去做出行动准备实施我的主攻策略,并且让他的重心被迫移至自己的身体正面位置,以此来获得更好的攻击机会和优势。

要点:随着快速移动双脚逼近目标区域,将彼此之间形成一个小型封闭空间限制了目标人物的行动自由度,并在这个过程中通过双手先后采取相应的手势进行反制,这种方式既可以作为一种预防措施,也可以作为一种强力的反击方式,从而提高自卫成功率。此外,由于这是一种极具威胁性的技巧,在实际操作过程中需要非常谨慎地考虑是否必要以及使用该技术所需的具体情况和环境因素。

四、挂拳——托肘凤眼捶——切掌

1.my left foot advances, simultaneously rotating my left arm outward to form a hook that strikes the opponent's face, while the opponent defends with their left hand (Fig 14). 2.my feet slide forward and my right hand pushes upward to dislocate the opponent's left elbow, then I withdraw my left hand and grasp it into a "Phoenix Eye" punch (the second metacarpal joint of my index finger protrudes from the fist, with my thumb pressing against the tip of my index fingernail and the other three fingers forming a standard fist), which I use to strike downward and forward at the opponent's throat (Fig 15).

要点: The hanging punch is swift and sharp, charging towards the target area quickly before they can react; if they raise their guard to block it, I seize this momentary lapse in their defense to push up on their elbow with my right hand; precise placement of this push creates an imbalance in their center of gravity, allowing me to follow up with a keystone blow.

注意事项: Regardless of whether or not I land this blow effectively after pushing up on his elbow, immediately after completing these actions I turn back down again using both hands as one unit for a circular motion around clockwise direction by means of palm side as force point cutting off opponents abdominal region or groin area (Figure 16)
