第十四式白鹤亮翅

提左脚,跳步成左弓十字步,两勾手急出变掌上桃(图26);震右脚,右手由前向后搂出,左掌从后向上、向前推出,同时提左膝,两掌撑开(图27)。

第十五式十字捶

屈右腿下蹲,两手盘肘变拳置于腰间,跨左步成左弓十字,左拳由前向上、向后劈打,右拳向前冲出(图28)。

第十六式托枪势(托蛇势)

收左脚,成左丁虚步,同时左拳从后向上、向下砸,右拳收回,左肘、右拳置于腰眼(图29)。

第十七式顺步捶

跨leftstep, 打leftpunch, right times back pull, rightpunch placed on the chest (Figure 30).

The Eighteenth Style: Support Pose

Put left foot forward and lift right knee, both fists become palms; left palm is above left shoulder and right palm in front of right knee, looking at the right side (Figure 31).

The Nineteenth Style: Four Steps Support Pose (Xianren Zhaigua)

Crossing to the left step becomes a horse stance punch with the left hand (Figure 32). The edge of the left leg steps out while lifting up with both hands as if to pluck a peach from an orchard tree. The upper body jumps up into a horse stance with feet together again. Right hand comes over from behind to strike upwards towards the nape of neck or lower back region. Left hand moves from chest area downwards towards forehead or chin level as well. Both arms are bent at elbows resting against each other's sides.

Step across to the right foot and execute "Ma Step" posture. With one swing of his fist he hits his opponent's head or face before pulling it back down by his waistband. He then swings his other fist upwards in a circular motion around his own ear before bringing it down swiftly like an axe chopping wood.

Twist your body slightly so that your weight shifts onto your supporting leg while keeping your punching arm straightened outwards and away from you until only wrist remains visible on top of your head.

Continue twisting further around while using both fists for counterattacks in different directions - one coming diagonally downwards towards forehead height on one side while another strikes downwardly along jawline close beside it on opposite side.

Stand up tall with knees slightly bent but still maintaining balance between legs' weights distribution.

Second Twenty-first style Kicking Leg Carry Heavy Object Pose

Right leg kicks forward toward opposing direction then settles into Horse Stance position as seen earlier within this sequence where we have been following movements based off images provided by our instructor.

Now push forward slowly using force through clenched teeth until all tension has released completely before moving any part else except eyes which remain fixed upon target ahead without blinking even once more than usual because they need constant attention throughout entire process happening now since next action requires full focus too!
