八极拳,古为中华武术之精华,以贴身短打著称,其名取自其行拳走架力达八方极远之意,习者求理应精至极达。拳谚云:“文有太极安天下,武有八极定乾坤”,足见其在武术中地位崇高。
动作刚猛朴实,劲道雄厚合整,大开大合、硬开狠打,以短制长、气摧力、声助威,气贯丹田内外合一,快慢相变长短兼施攻守合度著称,有“晃膀撞倒山、跺脚震九洲”之气概。
劲力突出以十字劲缠丝劵沉坠撞靠合整等见长;身型含胸拔背沉肩坠肘立腰滚臂扣趾抓地步法风格特点有震步闯步碾步组成。
内容丰富包括八极小架金刚八式六肘头纯阳剑提柳刀行者棒梅花枪大枪对接对劈刀对扎大枪等,其中核心是六大开与八大招。
演练要求意专身正松肩坠肘外方内圆手脚合一气力融通三盘连击此外眼不及一目拳不打定处身不舍正门脚不可空存讲究。
以下是屡获国内武术比赛金牌的八极拳名套具有一定技术难度和演练要求需静心体悟:
1.并步按掌
头先向右转视同时左右手臂侧展上托随经头上方直臂下按至腹前日再转左方(图l-图2)。
要点:托按掌连贯一致转头变视快脆。
2.蹲步握拳
身体稍左转左右手由下向体左侧上挑高与肩平左臂伸直右臂屈肘接着双腿屈蹲左RightHandGripPunchLeftHandGuard, 目视leftside.
要点:蹲身握拳协调上体微含左右punch应有争力。
3.踩腿挑拳
身体左转LeftFootForwardStep RightPunchUpwardFlick LeftPunchDownwardSlapRightForearm while RightFootStompFrontLeftSide.
要点:挑punch戳kick相互配合RightPunchEyeLevelUpward.
4.马步顶肘

6.弓steps抻punch
