一、动作分解
1.预备式
甲乙(黑衣者为甲,白衣者为乙)二人以立正姿势相向而立,相距一大步(图1)。
2.甲撑拳乙拦肘
甲左脚向前跨一步成左弓步,出右拳击打乙胸口,拳眼向上,左掌立于右胸前,掌心向右;乙右脚后撤半步成左虚步,右拳变勾手向自己的右侧勾挂甲右手腕处,左掌立于右胸前,掌心向右(图2)。
3.甲贯耳乙挂肘
甲Right脚 toward the front step, forming a right bow leg, left fist through the left abdomen downward direction to hit 乙's right ear, force point in the back of the fist, while right fist towards the body's right rear lower corner shake out; 乙Left foot backward half-step into a right virtual step, with his right palm hanging from behind and above to hang on 甲's left fist with his small arm outer side facing back and down; Left palm falls beside Right ribs (Figure 3).
甲攫拳 乙拦肘
A) Aft erward , form a semi-crouching posture by bending knees slightly.
B) Lift up both fists as if to throw them forward.
C) In one swift motion, use both fists to strike opponent’s chest simultaneously.
D) After that move backwards while maintaining balance.
反挎与压肘
In this sequence of moves:
a) The practitioner performs an evasive movement by stepping back with their non-attacking leg.
b) The practitioner then quickly brings their attacking leg forward again and performs another punch or kick against their opponent.
c) At the same time, they also perform an elbow strike against their opponent’s head or neck using their free hand.
掏拳与抱肘
In this sequence of moves:
a) The practitioner performs an evasive movement by stepping back with their non-attacking leg.
b) The practitioner then quickly brings their attacking leg forward again and performs another punch or kick against their opponent.
c) At the same time, they also perform an elbow strike against their opponent’s head or neck using their free hand.
攻击对方耳朵或颈部:
Step forward with your leading foot (left for orthodox stance).
Perform a hook punch towards your opponents ear or throat area.
拉开距离:
Step backward while keeping your guard up.
攻击对方腹部:
Perform a straight punch towards your opponents stomach area.
10.反转攻击:
- Quickly turn around so that you are now facing away from your original position but still maintain eye contact with your partner.
