盛开在武术丛林的绚丽奇葩——崂山派慈善门传承特点

崂山派慈善门创设于道家第二丛林-——崂山。崂山，坐落在黄海之滨，水清石秀林深，山势巍峨俊挺，伴随晨曦晚霞，时有紫气升腾，是道家清修重要道场。

崂山派慈善门，从全真龙门派承传而来，是崂山派的著名门派。全真派，由王重阳祖师所创，主张儒、佛、道三教合一，以“三教圆融、识心见性、独全其真”为宗旨，凡学其道者，均称全真道士。重阳祖师仙逝后，七位大各创门派，衍生出七大门派，道教称“北七真派”，其中丘处机开创的全真龙門至今昌盛不衰。嘉靖年间，全真龍門傳人孙玄清开创了我们熟知的崂山 faction。这位孙玄清被尊为金 山，他以此名字闻名遐迩，该 faction 是较早融合斋醮祈禳等正一符箓法术的全真龍門之一。

随着时间推移和发展，这个 faction 演化出了十八个子 faction，其中以慈善帝作为第一任掌堂人开始了这个 factions 的新篇章。他是该 factions 的奠基人，也是他们历史上最具影响力的存在之一。他的继承者们包括慈善君子、二代的是慈善老人、三代的是慴顺使者，他们共同维护并扩展了该 factions 的影响力，现在已经有数千名弟子效忠于他们。

Cragside Faction, as it is known today, combines the arts of medicine, elixir cultivation, martial arts and divination. Their unique approach to internal alchemy and medical practice has made them a respected figure in the world of Chinese martial arts.

The Cragside Faction's martial arts are primarily based on internal styles such as Tai Chi and Xingyiquan. They emphasize softness over hardness, using flexibility to generate power rather than brute strength. This approach allows for fluid movement that is both aesthetically pleasing and effective in combat.

In addition to their emphasis on softness over hardness, the Cragside Faction also places great importance on circular movements and spiral energy flow. This holistic approach to martial training helps practitioners develop a strong sense of balance and coordination.

Their curriculum includes various techniques such as fist sets (kata), leg techniques (forms), swordplay (sword forms), inner alchemy (neidan practices), acupressure point striking (taiji jian) and capture techniques (qin na). The style focuses on efficient use of energy with minimal expenditure through proper alignment of body structure during execution.

Cragside Faction prides itself on its ability to harmonize yin-yang principles within each practitioner's body. They believe that this balance leads to improved health, longevity and spiritual growth for those who study their art.
