云手的秘诀:揭秘太极拳右云手的精髓与技巧

动作1——右云手开始,前胯放松,右膝微屈,使躯干如同沉重物体压在左腿上。随即左脚蹬撑推动躯干往右移动,引起躯干以左胯为轴、腰脊领先、微微往右转动,使胸腹完全朝向正前方。同时,带动左脚尖内扣朝正前方。

注意:

左脚蹬撑不能局部用力,而是由全身松沉下降的内力所引起。

躯干转动必须是腰骶背脊领先,以免成为前弧形。

右手领先下弧形移动应感到被腰骶后撑所带动,如离心旋转惯性。

右肩臂必须有夹角使得圆弧外撑感觉,不然难以被带动。

继续蹬撑左脚, 使躯干竖直地略有右移,同时由腰脊控制,以左胯为轴,持续微微往右后弧形转动,使胸腹略朝向自己的一侧方。同时,右胯继续后缩,将躯干带至左右靠近和后撤退的状态,以此方式将Right Hand从腹前往Left, 上弧形移动。此时,由于躯幹轉動而導致Right Hand腕部發生被動內旋到上軌跡時Right Hand心朝向自己的Left Shoulder部位。同時,由於Back Body像一個滾動輪子般運動,所以不應該主動移動任何一部分,只能通過整體運行帶來變化。

注意:

躯幹轉彎必須是以left Hip為軸,不可使用Spine為軸,這樣會破壞沾粘連隨效果。

躬體需要隨著left Leg推開而後移,但這種移動要保持穩定且不可摇晃或上下波動,並且可以隨時提起right Foot.

Right Cloud’s movement is a combination of circular and straight movements that create an illusion of the hand being pulled by an invisible force, rather than a direct manipulation of the arm.

The key to this technique is not to actively move any part of the body, but to allow it to be naturally guided by the rotation of the spine and hips.

The cloud-like movement creates a sense of softness and flexibility while maintaining control over one's centerline, making it difficult for opponents to grasp or counterattack effectively.

The entire process should feel like a smooth continuous motion with no visible separation between each phase.

Practice this technique regularly in order to develop muscle memory and increase its effectiveness during actual sparring or push hands exercises.
