预备式
两足并步站立,两臂下垂,右手握棍,左手附于大腿外侧。目视前方。
怀中抱月
①左手手心向下、虎口向内成阴把,顺势抓棍;右手领棍从身体右侧上翻向前盖打,然后带棍向下、后带,同时上右步,再上左步,左脚尖点地成虚步。
②右手领棍继续上翻盖打;同时上右步,脚尖点地成虚步。
要点:双手灵活有力,上翻盖配合到位。用法:典型技法之一,一头拨打,一头翻盖,轮番攻击自如。
风卷残云
Right foot moves to the right side, forming a right bow step, while both hands grip the stick, palms facing inward and downward, blocking and sweeping from left to right; gaze at the tip of the stick.
要点:Bow step should be stretched straightly, hands gripping stick should be flexible, and blocking-sweeping forceful. Use: Following "Wu Lun Zhi Yun" (Wind Volcano Cloud), then sweep again to heavily strike the enemy.
浪里撑船
Right foot does not move; with left leg lifting knee slightly above horizontal level, form an independent standing posture; simultaneously two hands sink into holding stick from right to left in a lower backside direction below; gaze at the bottom end of stick.
要点: Independent standing posture requires slight knee bend for better balance while executing low-side downward thrusts with smooth motion. Use: Enemy strikes down towards you with weapon or hand attack; lift your leg while simultaneously using your colliding tool (stick) to deflect their external attack.
雪花盖顶
Left foot advances forward into a left bow step position; meanwhile both hands hold stick in reverse order upward-then-forward-flicking motion striking upwards and forwards (图9).
要点: Lifting stroke's arms slide backwards smoothly exposing tip-end of handle for clearer visual impact effect.
Use: After defending against opponent's weapon attack by flipping it away up high & outwards towards frontward direction before moving on top with swift advance-step - applying forward-flipping blow as counterattack response.
蛟龙入洞
①Weight shifts onto right leg forming a right bow stance position while both hands grasp colliding tool downwards from upper body sideside-digging/pressing action respectively targeting lateral sides' regions.
②Weight shifts onto left leg forming a left bow stance position while both hands grasp colliding tool downwards from upper body side-to-side digging/pressing action targeting opposite lateral sides' regions respectively.
Want Points:
When hitting diagonally sideways using either side handle ends,
First let them slide backwards smoothly exposing tip-end of handle,
Then deliver solid blows through hollowed-out areas between tips & handles,
Forcefully hit target points without pause or hesitation;
Keep mind alert always ready for any further attacks coming one after another;
