学会六手翻,打架把人掀,这句八极拳谚,直白地揭示了六手翻就是用摔法赢人。武术中讲“打”的对练不胜枚举,而讲“摔”的对练却寥若晨星,由此可见六手翻的宝贵。需要特别指出的是,“顶、抱、单、提、挎、缠”是八极拳的技术核心,“挨、傍、挤、靠、崩、撼、突、击”是八极拳的技击特点,它们都在六手翻中有所体现。可以说,六手翻是一个能够显示八极拳风格特点的短小精悍的对练。它易学易练,具有很高的实用价值。
六手翻侧重于六大开中的“挎”,不但讲究独特的摔跤招式,而且在摔法中含有打法和擒拿法,一招之中可以变化出多种击打动作,内含许多力学原理和劲法运用,通过练习可以比较全面地提高搏击技巧。常见的摔跤训练往往是两个人运用单招,一式一完结,缺少连续性和应变因素。six-hand-flip则是两个人攻防配合,进退互换,环环相扣,练起来兴趣盎然,为编排巧妙的上乘之作。
第一段:
一、一起势
甲(穿灰色衣者)乙(穿白衣者)并步垂手相距约三步相对自然站立目视对方两人双手同时握拳向前直臂抬起臂与地面平行拳眼朝上。
甲乙双拳变掌掌心朝上以肘为轴前臂后扬双掌由头前弧形下落至肩上掌心向下。
甲乙双掌由耳侧下落掌心朝前掸拂两侧衣襟接着两臂分别由体侧弯屈上提双掌变拳停于两耳边拳眼朝下。
甲乙双手由耳根处前伸合抱于喉部左 fists 变 palm 抓盖于右 fist 面上再向前平抵而出 punch heart 朝 前 双 arms 略屈.
甲乙屈膝略蹲左 foot 向 前 迈一步脚尖略内扣后腿屈膝下蹲脚尖向 前 站成四 六 步 双 feet 全 foot sole 着 地; 上 step 时両人的 right fists 都拉回至腹部右侧 punch heart 向 下 left arm 不动 left palm 变 fist punch eye 朝 上.
二、二上的右撑捶,对面的抓捋迎面拍
甲右足以上步成四 六 步同时 right arm 外旋 front冲 right fist 向 乙腹 area 打去 punch eye 向 上;left fist 回收到腹部左侧 punch heart 向 下.
乙左足向 前 进步落于甲右足后面贴紧甲脚踝 front foot sole 翘起 “埋 根” ;同时 left hand toward forward grab and pull down on the side of A's wrist, breaking his attacking move, then with a direct downward chopping action (图6).
甲left palm upward to support B's right arm at the same time body weight shifts forward, using the force to push B's right arm back and recover the right fist.
技术分析: The technique used by A in this round is "topping" from six big opens, using explosive power derived from "crushing" force to knock over B with a powerful blow akin to cannonball blast speed generated by explosive strength! To achieve this goal, A must employ an eight-character technique known as "breaking", unleashing tremendous internal energy to generate an immense impact for maximum effect in his attack; while simultaneously employing defensive techniques such as deflecting incoming attacks or absorbing them into their own movements - they are able to counterattack swiftly without losing balance or momentum throughout execution of these moves.
Three、三埋根扑身缠,
B拦住他的一个攻击,用另一只的手从正时针方向绕过A’s defending arm and then use that hand to push against A’s shoulder while simultaneously using both hands combined effort together with the tucked-in left leg kicking motion aimed at tripping up opponent; thus attempting a throw on him (图7).
Two.,B uses its other hand in a clockwise arc above A's defense elbow area grabbing it and pulling down towards outside; following through after releasing pressure backhandedly pushes outwards across top surface around neck region; both hands working together pushing down upon each side jointed by stretching out one more step ahead giving enough space between us so there will be room enough for proper landing & taking off effectively maintaining equilibrium balance during entire process thereby minimizing potential danger risks associated with falling onto hard surfaces like concrete floors especially when performing high-flying kicks etcetera...
