十、龙形靠
手翻胯
练习方法:
左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂(图44)。
前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打(图45)。
使用方法:
敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后(图46),紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴(图47)。
若用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。
要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。
十一、顺水撑槁
手翻膝
练习方法:
无论那只脚在前都可以,现在以右脚在前为例(图48):双hands downward stand still, two hands heart to heart bend elbow hand up to the ear, right knee follow the challenging hand back and forth high lift (Figure 49 & 50).
使用方法:
Enemy if use both hands hit or grab double shoulders (Figure 51), immediately with small arm up challenge their two hands, and at the same time back body lift knee strike enemy abdomen (Figure 52).
要领:Reaction fast, use knee clever.
十二、虎坐洞
Hand flip arm
Practice flying:
Two feet left and right open slightly, then bent waist both hands scoop around (Figure 53), then upwards pull to head top, body downwards squat down (Picture 54).
Usage method:
2. When an enemy from behind grabs you by the shoulder or neck,
a. First punch his abdomen with your arms,
b. Then bend waist,
c. Double hands scoop out his ankle heel,
d. Body quickly downward sit press on his kneecap.
Wanting: Arm punches legs bends sit action though has before after but want force one breath continuous.
13th Tiger pounce food
1st Practice method:
Left foot arch step with right hand down diagonal chop leg side push wrist aside stop in protection position of left wrist under right armpit as protection image while lifting up front side inner edge of ankle tip click or hook kick picture58 while stepping forward fall step right foot along falling step continue below chop image59.
2nd Usage method:
When upper left step with a horizontal intercept block enemy wrist on left side make protecting motion keep moving timing lift upward inside edge of ankle tip click check leg picture61 when landing right foot move below horizontal stroke towards neck picture62.
Key points: Hand-leg coordination tight dynamic quick accurate techniques for blocks kicks check legs movements must be precise.
Fourteenth Twin dragons play water
Right leg bow independent movement makes a sweep swing from above downward cut just behind hip joint moves swing from outside towards above bending over pulling out toes twisting inwardly follows swinging kicking lower thigh outwardly lifts up knees checks inner sides lifts off again turns into kicking outer thighs inwardly sweeps outward pushing away swings across pictures63 not waiting for landing steps leaps into kicking checking outer thighs lowers hips twists round brings knees inwardly kicks checking outer thighs pushes through twisting images64.
Turns into sweeping outward pushing away swings across pictures65 immediately changes sides uses a similar movement now using opposite direction sweeping cutting moving over face's cheekbone area simultaneously turns head glances at moved-over-hand image66.
Usefulness usage:
