十、龙形靠:<手翻胯>

1、练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打。要领:手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。

2、使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身,以左手扇拍其肘后紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,随势以右手向上撩阴。如果用胯挤、胯打的方法,则须向敌脚外侧上步即可.

十一、顺水撑槁:<手翻膝>

1、练习方法:无论那只脚在前都可以,如以右脚在前为例(图48):双hands下垂站定,一心相对屈肘hand由up挑至耳际,而right膝随挑hands由back仰身高高提起(图49, 50)。

2、使用方法:敌若采用双hands撞打或是抓双shoulder(图51),马上以small臂by up挑其两hands,并同时仰身提knee撞打enemy腹部(图52)。要领反应要快,用knee要巧.

十二、虎坐洞:<hand翻arm>

Flying method: feet apart, bend waist and hands in a hugging position (图53), then lift arms to head level and squat down (图54).

Using method: when enemy comes from behind with a hug, punch at their small abdomen and bend waist downward (圖55). Grab the ankle with both hands and quickly sit down on top of it (圖56). Key points: arm punch, leg grab, downward sitting actions may come one after another but should be performed as one continuous motion.

十三、高跃钳鱼:<jump kick>

Practice method: step forward with left leg while swinging right hand downwards diagonally. Left hand rests under right elbow as protection (圖57). As swing ends, lift knee to raise foot or hook kick outwards or upwards using the ball of the foot (圖58) while stepping forward with right foot. Right hand continues downwards as left foot lands for a diagonal cut towards enemy's neck or shoulder blade area.

Usage method: uppercut enemy's wrist with right hand from above-left stance while protecting self with left hand in front of chest area (圖60). Grasp opportunity to raise knee using toes to strike inner thigh of opponent's standing leg before landing on ground by lowering body weight evenly onto both legs.

Key points: combination of swift movements requires precise coordination between hands and feet for effective attacks.

十四、高空旋风:&

Practice Method:

From horse riding stance,

Lift your kicking leg high into the air so that your toe is pointing towards your opposite shoulder

Spin around once before landing softly on both feet

Repeat this process several times

Usage Method:

When facing an opponent who is attacking you from either side

Use your kicking leg to block their attack

Continue spinning around while keeping low center gravity until you feel ready to launch another attack against them

Key Points:

The key point here is not just about executing multiple kicks but also maintaining balance throughout the entire process. The practice must focus on fluidity and control.\
