中国拳法中,白猿通背拳的“抹袖”乃其前八手之最后一式,分三大架和两种步法。其中,大架的练习我们将择要介绍:
一、开门势
面南而立,双脚分开90度静立片刻(图1)。待心静神凝,然后双掌自体侧向上托起,如抱篮球,再向下按至腹前,同时身体下蹲(图2)。
左转90度面东,左脚正前迈一步,与桩步高低自然定距。同时双手由腹前向上穿出,以左手为高与面同高,右手在左肘内侧弯曲约150—170度(图3)。
双掌内转成侧立掌久站为桩功,并左右对称。不论何势始终以此为开端故名开门势(图4)。
二、定步练习
接左开门势身体左转带动右手划平圆至身前略高于脐;同时左手划至右腕上掌心向上(图5)。
上动不停身体右转带动右掌收至肋侧,同时左掌踏击并反掌穿出(图6)。此为直线进退步的Left 转。
三、直线进退步练法
接Left 开门势:
右脚进一步带动Right 转Palms 向下从后向外划平圆至身前略高于脐;同时Left 转Palms 划至Right Wrists 上面朝上。
上动不停 Left Foot 进一步带动Right Palm 收到Lateral Sternal Area 反HandPalm 朝Upward 后穿出 Left Palm PaddleDownward toward Right Arm Upper Side Forward Kick (Figure 10). This is the straight line advancing step in a left turn, which can be repeated for a certain number of times before practicing the right turn with opposite actions.
Four, Eight Trigrams Circle Step Practice:
Set up an eight-step circle and stand in the center facing inward, standing still for a moment to quiet your mind and focus on your breath (Figure 11). Then raise both palms from the sides upwards towards the head's side, as if holding a basketball, then press down to the belly while bending slightly forward (Figure 12).
Turn about 90 degrees to the right with your right foot stepping forward while keeping your weight centered at four-thirds back six-sevenths front (Figure 13). Simultaneously extend both hands outward from the abdomen towards above and pass through each other's wrists like two interconnected rings (Figure 14).
