燕青一十八翻下24式太极拳分解动作教学

一、龙形靠:手翻胯

练习方法:左手向上扇拍至右肩上,右脚同时向前上步,右手下垂。前边动作不停,向前挤右大腿及胯,右手向前撩打。

使用方法:敌出手冲打,即向左闪身以左手扇拍其肘后。紧跟着就伏身向敌裆中上右脚,以大腿撞击其大腿内侧,右手随势向上撩阴。如果用胯挤、胯打的方法,须向敌脚外侧上步即可。

要领: 手扇的同时一定要有抢进的意识,不可犹豫不决。

二、顺水撑槁:手翻膝

练习方法:无论那只脚在前都可以,以右脚在前的例子为例(图48):双手下垂站定,两手心相对屈肘的手向上挑至耳际。随挑的手往后仰身高高提起(图49、50)。

使用方法:当敌人采用双手撞打或是抓双肩时(图51),马上以小臂挑其两手,并同时仰身提膝撞打敌腹部(图52)。要领:反应要快,用膝要巧。

三、虎坐洞:hand 翻臂

练习飞法:

两脚左右打开适度,然后弯腰两手抄抱(图53)。

之后再向上托至头顶,身体低蹲坐(图54)。

使用方法:

当敌人从背后搂抱时,一开始先以臂打其小腹并趁势低腰。

双hands 抄起enemy足跟,将臀部迅速压于膝盖以上(图56)。

要领: 臂 打和 抄 腿以及 下 坐 的动作虽然有先后,但应力求一气贯通。

四、虎扑食:

练习法则:

上左弓步以right hand 斜劈,从left arm 做保护 (Picture 57),

随劈提up right knee,with ankle to point or hook (Picture 58),

Right foot fall step, right hand follow the falling step and continue downward chopping (Picture 59).

应用技巧:

在left side with right hand intercepting enemy's wrist, left hand in front of chest as protection (Picture 60).

When grabbing, quickly lift up the right knee to click on the inside of enemy's right thigh with ankle tip.

When the right foot lands, immediately chop at enemy's neck with hands.

Want tips: Hand and leg coordination must be tight; action is quick; technique must be accurate.

五、大龙戏水:

1., Practice method:

Stand on one leg while bending it into an arch shape.

Left hand from above downwards chops behind left hip,

Right-hand from outside of left-hand towards upper-right direction move,

Leg follows moving and lifting up left knee to kick outwards for a check on legs

and then instantly spring upwards kicking outwards again for another check on legs

and simultaneously lower down by moving hands downwards by pushing against inner part of elbow

to aim at lower-left corner area just above eyes level while keeping head tilted towards that direction.

2., Application:

a) First block enemy’s wrist with your own right-hand and protect yourself using your own left-hand

inwardly near your armpit area.

b) Immediately switch sides so you can use your own left-hand to upwardly strike while doing a kicking action

using outer edge of sole in order to hit their inner calf muscle.

c) If they try pulling back after being kicked in this way,

d) Then jump into mid-air first before executing a roundhouse kick aiming at opponent’s inner calf muscle once more.

Key points: This is a continuous kicking technique called “Double Dragon Play Water.” No matter whether practicing or applying this move,

the second kick should always reach for mid-air jumping standard height before initiating movement.

六、高鸡摆翎:

1., Exercise Method:

Stand squatting like a horse rider position both arms hanging low between thighs then do shoulders go up/down alternately but faster than slow start speed as shown by pictures no69/70 respectively.

2., Technique Usage:

When an attacker strikes you from behind,

Use main body momentum combined with both arms' forceful motion

Move arms swiftly upward-downward repeatedly causing incorrect movements similar to how chickens shake off feathers during preening process

Keep repeating these actions until attacker loses balance due stress caused through repeated attacks or becomes vulnerable enough allowing you take advantage over them

Key Points: In practice keep rhythm steady maintain good posture ensure smooth execution without any disruptions stay focused throughout duration
